I was expecting a separate bathroom, it wasn't written that clear that the bathrooms are shared with everybody.

Yet.. there are tiny little things which could be improved. So just for clarity, it would be nice to state somewhere that shared shower means "shower on another floor which you share with everybody who stays on that floor". The staff kindly insisted that it's a private shower, well I agree, it was possible to lock it from the inside - so the privacy was eventually achieved. Shared bathroom is not combined with shower as one would expect. It's on another floor. Thumbs up, manage your expectations. Sinks alas do not exist in all rooms, for example there's no sink in a family room. We even checked the wardrobe, nah.. no sink there. Thus, a traveller desiring to complete morning routines, needs to visit 3 separate places, some of which are privately located on another floor. From this perspective, since the road to refreshment is a bit curvy, it would be nice to provide slippers to accompany the gentle offering of bathrobes. As a minor suggestion, something perhaps could be done to the room door locks, so that most of the guests retain sleep while someone leaves the room in the night to handle the call of nature. Still.. ducks at the pond are crazy awesome if you like the ducks.

Perhaps, the best way to manage expectations about this place is to think of it as of a luxury hostel. It is true that the beds were large, extra long and soft; the property is located at the picturesque site - greens, little pond, ducks, flowers; peaceful neighbourhood. The bathrobes are provided for the guests, that was pleasant. The property fulfilled our additional request to pack the breakfast for we were leaving early in the morning. Also, it cannot be left aside that the place is stylish, interior is well fit, clean and welcoming.

I did nog realize there was not a bathroom ensuite.You would have to go to the hallway. A bit like een a hostel. Also the beds were hard.

The property is a long way from the town centre and the number 8 bus is not very frequent.

I had a very well equipped suite, immaculately turned out. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. A quiet location .

ventilation in the showers could be improved, also shower heads can be much better (there are good ones in Hornbach with much wider angle at a competitive pricing)

At this price point definitely a good place for a short stay. Good bed, airy room despite small sqm, nice location with easy parking.

The only thing I could say is my room was just across from the reception, and I don't think it was very well sound insulated. Although it was a super respectful place, there was still noise from someone arriving super late, and I don't think some of the staff maybe knew how easily the sound comes through to the rooms. Its also kinda bad hospitality to have staff chatting loudly and at a distance from each other when there are guests (this is in the instance of my breakfast experience).

The reception staff were really friendly and took the time to explain things nicely. Everything was clean, nice optional toiletry extras and bathrobe. The room had everything I needed. I did however misread the fact that the toilets and showers were separate from the room, but this wasn't such a big deal. I loved the access to a hot drinks machine, and the fact that there is a little kitchen to cook and store food! Nice areas to eat and lounge. The breakfast was great!!

The location is not the best. You cannot reach it with a public transport as well. There is a bus but it goes rarely. Also, the area is for the psychological clinic, that is not really fascinating...

The stuff is very friendly. The common area is amazing, you can use the kitchen (including the coffee machine) for free. The room quite small, but overall very good. The heating working perfectly! Breakfast is good.

You need to borrow hair dryer from the counter. There should be free shampoo and body wash onsite but it was run out that night when I stayed.

Super clean. Comfy bed. Staff very helpful. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen which you can use to make your own coffee and hot chocolate. Kitchen is free to use. Location - 20 mins bus from central station and 10 mins to the airport. Great autumn view from the window in my room and the kitchen. They are compliant with COVID measures.
