I think it is just in my room. the position of the hangers is right above the coffee machine, if you have a normal jacket, your clothes can touch the machine and the water boiler. the stream will for sure go into your clothes.

As I come by car, the parking is really big enough for all the guest. the reception is 24/24, even after midnight you can still buy the snacks or toothpaste in the vending machines. not super cheap, but it gives you an option.

Hotel is ideally located in the woods, great for walks, hiking and cycling. The staff are extremely helpful and there restaurant was wonderful. Breakfast offers a wide selection. Overall a great stay.

The heating in the room wasn't working. During breakfast, one of the staff members had a long conversation with some guests he apparently knew but they decided to stand exactly in the entrance to the breakfast buffet. After having to pass them several times, I asked the staff member if he maybe have the conversation in a less inconvenient location. The response was surprisingly unapologetic and rude.

Excellent place to stay for people who love walking and maybe have a dog, which we do (both). Could be a bit out of the way if you don't! Loved the feel of the place, gorgeous mid-century style decor. We didn't use the spa-type facilities but everything looked good. The room we ended up in (the first didn't work for us) was lovely, big enough for a night stay and overlooking peaceful woodland. We got a late check-out for a very reasonable price with really was a big help for us.

Hotel moved my restaurant booking to accommodate a larger party, even though I pre booked a table two days before. There was a lot of noise last night into this morning from noisy, ignorant people in the hotel until 3am.

The room is a bit outdated and the room was right beside the elevator shaft and just outside the windows there was the A/C unit and also the kitchen staff could be heard.

It's a decent hotel for The Netherlands, located in a very quiet area off of a secondary road in a forest. There are many things to see and do in the area and also the breakfast is great and can be enjoyed outside weather permitting. Free parking with many spots.

Service is indifferent at best. For’instance I was told at reception that the hotel restaurants and all if the area’s restaurants were booked solid, which is not what you want to heat after 8 hours of driving. But then a CUSTOMER who overheard the conversation reminded the woman at the desk that there was still space at the Schooner, and then she reluctantly called and made me a reservation. From this I conclude that she either knew there was space and was messing with me, or she didn’t and was too lazy to really check. Either way, people like that should not be in the service business.

Gorgeous place, excellent location if your are looking for park-like surroundings, but close to services, in this case Oosterbeek.

Was disappointed that when we got there , there was a conference with over 200 people and we were told that we couldn't eat in the restaurant. Luckily they did eventually sort us out. Breakfast was a nightmare as when we went down there was no spare seats so had to go back later
