We were misinformed about something but the staff made every effort to correct it. Everyone spoke good English which was a bonus that we have not always found in other countries.

Very pleasant stay in this hotel and it was our second visit so will be going back again. The facilities are excellent and there was everything I needed for a break from travelling across Europe.

Many things in the room might be changed - because it’s old ( furniture, bath ). The bath was yellow colour and looking like already long time. One night it was a fire in the hotel. The staff gave us water and that’s it. It was bad smell next days. They continue breakfast till 12 but we know this already on the way in the morning. On Sunday and at lunch time the restaurant is not working. And nobody inform about this when you check in. They don’t let to come delivery guy in the room if u wanna pay cash - what’s not good of course. The house keeping work is 50/50.

We had to wait a while for our food. Other people were served before us but that may be because they had booked a table.

We enjoyed the closeness to the motorways while we were travelling across Europe.

There were mini mattresses on top of the proper mattress. The mini ones kept sliding off and the proper mattresses were brown and were not covered with a sheet and you could see all the dust on them right near your head.

Not so clean. The gym is wonderful- but has very limited hours .

I think it’s to expensive for what you get. But other wise the staff was extra ordinary, welcoming and very helpful The room was spacious but not very clean ( cigarette buds on the desk when I just entered the room, the towels looked old and dirty) a lot of (free) parking space

The suite was a little small, extra charges on everything, it was a little overpriced and breakfast buffet was a little bit empty because we came late, but I think the open buffet should always be full even for costumers that come later.

Clean Room(suite), food was very delicious and all staff members were friendly and professional. I liked the swimming pool and I hoped that there was an outside pool as wel.

The food prices. Next for is a truck restaurant and prices were at least 10€ cheaper than hotel for the same meals.

Strangely there aren't any trash bins visible in hallway and lobby or even in the outdoor sitting garden , more luggage trolleys should be available for guests, one elevator to serve more than 50 rooms. In my reservation, a balcony is included, but our room didn't, I made this reservation since March , then and on arrival I was informed that there are no triple occupancy rooms with balcony... this room was also upgraded to air-conditioning 🙁

It's almost quite place, good for families with children, lot's of indoor facilities, good German breakfast, bathtub and shower are included, plenty of free parking spaces.

Breakfast could be better. The serving site seems a bit cluttered.

Big restaurant. Great swimming pool with a jacuzzi attached to it so that you can swim and relax in jacuzzi if you are tired. Road connectivity is really good. Just around 2kms from the Highway. Food was great and staff were courteous and helpful.
