The hotel room was rather chilly and it was also extremely expensive compared to similar hotels in other cities. Not having travelled extensively in Amsterdam, I cannot assess how it compares to the general price level.

The location is extremely good with the large museums in the next quarter and with the old town, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It was also very quiet and the room (especially) the bathroom are nice. The breakfast was excellent for a small hotel like Fita.

We enjoy staying here. The hotel is in a quiet section of Amsterdam and we were able to walk everywhere from here. Everyone on the staff was most pleasant and helpful. A great place to stay.

This is a lovely and quiet hotel. The staff is excellent and caring. We walked everywhere from here. The area is quiet and away from the noise of the city. We were most fortunate to stay here for five days.

The elevator was tiny and slow, but much better than going up the stairs with our luggage. Also, we loved the clever note the elevator "wrote" asking us to be patient.

It was difficult to get fresh air into the room, and it really is quite small.

Location is everything with Hotel Fita. So close to public transport, museums, lovely eateries, etc.

Can’t fault a single thing about our stay!

We loved everything about our stay and would recommend it to anyone. The price was incredible value for money and the rooms were so beautifully presented with everything we needed. Honestly can’t fault a single thing. Beds were comfortable, no noise, bathroom was clean & had plenty of supplies. Nespresso machine with mini stroopwaffels were a welcome treat. We were worried the location might be ‘a bit far out’ but it was perfect. Tram stop right at the end of the street with trams every few minutes to take us everywhere we needed - well worth going slightly outside of the city centre for.

Hotel Fita exceeded our expectations with its prime location and excellent staff. Situated in a great area, it offered easy access to attractions. It would have been nice with a smart tv in the room so we could stream and watch whatever we wanted at nights, but the tv only showed the Dutch channels.

breakfast and coffee didn't open up until 8 am. Had to leave at 7:30 am to catch a tour so missed out on that. Coffee machine was in the room, but it did not work. There were not as many cafes in this area as there are in most hotel areas.

Good location near the tram station. Great area in the Museum zone with at least 5 famous museums in very close walking distance

It was a bit expensive for the room, but I know hotel prices have increased in Amsterdam. So quality means it costs more.
