Window in the room was wobbly, when windy you could see a lot of wind coming inside the room

Room was nice, there was even a tub with Jacuzzi features. Bed were comfortable, although with the same design of two single beds pulled together. Breakfast was good

The room was so noisy that I could hear the people above me yawn and snore and walk. Which kept me up until 3am. Also the door to the bathroom did not move. I could not open it more or close it. All the food (dinner and breakfast) was overcooked and the eggs were just completely cold.

The bathroom was very outdated and the sealant went off, hence there was fungus in the bathroom. Also, there was the stale smell of moist. Which could be but not against the price of more then E 200 per night's overstay.........

Staff was very hospitable. Great service and always willing to answer questions! Also very hospitable to our dog who really liked our stay.

This Fletcher hotel is in a good location only the roomtemps are to hot( could not cool it except open a window on grondfloor which I didn’t feel safe)

Checkinn was perfect. We came in a little to late but the ladyperson was really nice to let us checkin.

The carpet in the room had not been thoroughly hoovered. The room smelled a little damp.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were lovely. The location was also ideal.

Lack of help re laundry facilities/access. Mould in shower. Small hole in ceiling of shower over bath. Peeling paint on bathroom tiles.

The sliding door of the bathroom was very old-fashioned, was too heavy to move it and not even able to fully close it.

The first night the heating did not work, the second night it was ok. The bathroom is dmall and has a sliding door, which can be a bit of an annoyance. But you get what you pay for.

The place is old but cozy, which was nice. Plenty of parking spaces and a short walk to the city center. The staff is very friendly! Breakfast has plenty of options, and was very good. Definetly a price/performance hotel and would definetly stay again if i was in Texel again.

You could hear the noise from the next bedroom but with earplugs it was ok.

My bedroom was clean and tidy, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast was great.

I had booked 4 rooms for my colleagues. When the booking was done I was called by a very nice lady from the hotel that there was something wrong with the booking because some of the rooms were not available. She then said that we could still get some other rooms for 2 of my colleagues. My colleagues arrived around 10pm and my colleagues were told that normally you could only check in up to 9pm. But the nice lady stayed behind so they could still get the rooms. Then they were told that breakfast won't be before 8am on a weekday. Also they couldn't get any drink anymore as that was also closed at 9pm. If you are on a holiday I think the breakfast time is not a problem but we were there for work so this was far from ideal. When my colleagues arrived in the rooms they noticed that they were not very well maintained / old. The two colleagues who were put in other rooms were put in a single person room without a private toilet / bathroom. This was shared between a few rooms. We were not advised about this. Also when you went to the toilet there was no way to wash your hands, you could only do this in your room where there was a sink. Both single rooms were in a bad state. One room had mold in it and the other room was very humid and therefor also really stank. Both of my colleagues had problems in the morning with their breathing because of some allergic reaction. We as a company then decided to book them in another hotel and leave directly. Especially as this hotel is part of the Fletcher chain we would have expected to get a descent hotel. We moved all our colleagues to Land's end in Den Helder just next to the ferry to Texel which was perfect.
