Everything about this B&B was fantastic. It is set in a great location within easy travelling distance of Amsterdam but is in a quiet location away from the city. The room and breakfast were both superb and we couldn't have had a nicer host than Fiona.

You feel like on a cottage in front of animals and nature, but only 20 minutes from Amsterdam centre. Really calm and perfect hospitable ❤️

My only recommendation would be having toiletries provided-even just some shower gel, it’s by no way a criticism however.

Great location, we liked being in the suburbs to escape the hustle and bustle. Very beautiful village, easy Transport links-literally a bus and a metro into the city, took about 30 minutes. This was really worrying me prior to arrival-I really didn’t need to be stressed. Flora is very welcoming, breakfast was 11/10! Flora couldn’t do enough for us, and made us feel very welcome. Facilities in the room were the basics of what you needed, and Flora was happy for you to stock yourself up if needing extra coffee/milk. Room and bathroom were very clean, bed was lovely and comfortable. We definitely will be back, and shall book here again (in the spring/summer) so we can explore the countryside area. There weren’t tulips in December 🤣

Flora is an amazing and kind hostess. She helped with all kinds of suggestions to make my daughter's birthday extra special. She makes her BnB like your home and is so very accomodating. We really hope to stay with her again when we return to Amsterdam area. Beautiful property and lovely location.

Flora's place is absolutely beautiful, perfect for what we needed and in a beautiful location which was an easy bus hop to get to. It's a beautiful setting in Landsmeer. Quiet, well kept, absolutely lovely breakfast. Host is super friendly, helpful, generous and obviously takes great care in everything.

Flora is a super friendly person who runs a wonderful place in Landsmeer. The property is so peaceful, it gives a relief after coming from the crowded Amsterdam city center. Traveling by public transport is also easy since credit cards are valid and vehicles are abundant. Bike riding is also fun in the neighborhood.

Honestly, there isn't much that could have been better during our stay. We had such a positive experience that it's difficult to find anything to improve upon. The breakfast was delicious, the location was convenient, and our host, Flora, was fantastic. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and couldn't ask for more.

My family and I had a truly wonderful experience here. The breakfast served every day was delicious, and it added a delightful start to our mornings. The location of the place is great as it's close to Amsterdam city centre, shops, and public transportation, making it convenient to explore the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the charming backyard of the farm, where we were delighted to find a flock of sheep. It added a unique and enjoyable touch to our experience.

Everything was wonderful, the place was beautiful, very clean, the room was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was tasty and much more than I could eat, served in a beautiful kitchen at time that guests choose by themselves. Hosts are wonderful and helpful people. And all that in a lovely village farm atmosphere with sheep and goat and two cute playful dogs. At the same time the location is easily accessible by public transport with some cafes and shops and sanctuary nearby. So if you are searching for a place not too far from the city but without all the city noise - this place is a perfect choice.

Flora's accommodation was wonderful - it was located in a very lovely and pleasant area, away from the madness and noise of the city center, while it was not difficult to get there by bus and metro. Flora's household was very awesome and very beautiful - she had sheep in the garden and nice dogs, a beautiful big kitchen that the guests could also use and breakfast was served there, our room was new, clean and nice. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Flora herself was very kind and helpful, friendly and with a good sense of humor, a very cool host! :) Score 10/10 and definitely recommend! In the vicinity there is a grocery store, some restaurants-pubs, everything you need is available. Really very nice accommodation and a very good choice!

Wish the sheets were higher quality. I might be a linens snob, though.

Flora is the consummate host. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and well cared for. She even made me my favorite pastry on my last day. You can't find a more kind, warm and generous B and B host.
