Fantastic central location for exploring all that Maastricht has to offer. Even though it is located just off the busy Markt there was absolutely no noise in the rooms. Air con was a superb bonus in the heat. Will definitely stay here again.

A bit more storage space or drawers would have been useful and the room was quite stuffy at night despite the A/C but these were very minor issues and in no way spoiled the stay.

The hotel is in a great location - tucked away down a quiet side street but easy walking distance from the station and to the city centre. It is modern, clean and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Being typical Brits, we prefer a cup of tea in the morning rather than a coffee from the coffee machine in the room but the reception staff were happy to supply a kettle and mugs from the breakfast bar to accommodate us 😄.

Our safe was broken. Reception said it would be fixed the next day but no-one ever came - suspect it’s been broken for ages. Reception team members are quite unfriendly. Overpriced compared to everywhere else we stayed - maybe because it was a few days before the big Andre Rieu weekend.

The location is fantastic & our room was quiet even though it’s just off one of the main town squares. You can ask for a kettle at reception for if you want tea in your room instead of coffee. Breakfast is superb - loads of choice & really high quality products and plenty of fruit.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We stayed for three nights. My only criticism is that the staff left the dirty cups outside the room and we had to ask for them to be replaced. We also had to request coffee, water and toiletries to be replaced, however the staff provided everything immediately once requested. Would stay here again.

dark room and dim lighting, wifi extremely bad in my room, watching Netflix was almost impossible in the evening and had to use mobile data plan for work calls, AC unit would make occasional loud popping noises at night when the unit got warmer/colder

Our room wasn’t ready until 4 o’clock on the day we checked in, which was inconvenient because we had an appointment on our first evening at 5 o’clock and hadn’t much time to get showered and ready. We had also been travelling since very early and arrived at Maastricht at 12.30pm. Lighting in the room could be a little better especially because of the dark decor

Excellent location just two minutes walk to the Markt and shopping area and lots of bars and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful in the hotel. Fresh pastries and infused water at reception were a welcome treat

Cleaning Dust is quickly seen on black surfaces - and in our rooms we saw it allmost throughout our intire stay. Parts of the floor were not cleaned. Cleaning could have been better. Payment In 2019 we decided to go to an Andre Rieu concert in July 2020. In connection to this we booked two rooms - for four nights. Unfortunately we couldn’t book these rooms with the possibility of cancellation. As known the concert in 2020 was postponed until 2021 - and again to 2022. With the postponement in 2021 to 2022 the price for each room raise from 1.010,95 € to 1.432 € (extra 431,05 € - more than 40 % 🤔 and without any explanation for the price increase). When we payed the increase, the extra amount were now 946,10 € for two rooms - so 473,05 € for one room. What’s the reason for these 42 € (473,05 - 431,05) per room?

Breakfast wasn't included when I booked the rooms which I wasn't aware of 'til arrival and Mabi would charge you €18.50 p.p for breakfast, which is expensive. We found a cafe in Maastricht to go to instead which was o.k.

Quirky hotel in a brilliant location. Staff were very friendly and helpful offering a free glass of bubbly when you arrive ! You could also get free cappuccinos on the house from the breakfast room.

The Pillows in the bed were horrible; a lot of air and no comfort of support. When we asked for another type of pillow (as the card in the room mentioned they had 4 types of pillows to choose from ) we only received the same pillow and had to use the two stacked on eachother.g

The location of the hotel is perfect in the center and everything is in walking distance. The hotel serves free coffee 24/7 and free wine at the end of the day

I cannot think of anything anything negative to say about this hotel.

The hotel was very central, The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and even gave us a complementary glass of wine. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable and the price was very reasonable.
