There were some stains on the wall, I suppose from the wine or so. Walls are so tick that you can hear in the night people coming to their room. It actually woke us up. I thought they were breaking into our room. Really disturbing.

I liked the size of the room. Beds were really comfortable and everything was clean and good equiped. Also the location is perfect and away from the crowd.

Although the room was clean, there was a bit of mold on the wall near the bathroom and on the curtains. It didn’t bother us though. Biggest problem was the noise of the common door leading to/from elevator to the outside and other rooms. It slammed shut and shook our room and this happened so very often. A few of the lights didn’t work in the room either but was not a big issue.

Good location to catch trams. Room was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us free bottles of water.

The cleanliness of the room could be better, there was a funny smell in the bathroom. It did not bothered me so much as it was a short stay. Despite that, overall the room was decent considering it is a hotel in the city center.

I liked how the hotel is in the center of the city. In addition, the staff was very friendly to answer the questions.

No sign to put on the door that cleaning was not needed, such as change of towels every day. Shower temp could not go down to cold, and shower head sprayed due to leak over bathroom floor.

Location is amazing, just a quick 15min walk to city center. Across the road is Bosco, awesome place for breakfast before the dayt, or last stop after a long day. Great staff at reception, free bottles of water. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Bathroom size was very good

The cups for coffee in the room were never washed between visits, cream residue within the cups.

Overpriced for the side of the single room, but is a safe hotel. Room so small that the sink, blow dryer etc is actually in the shower stall, and if you leaned forward to the sink, you’d hit the toiletries shelf. Easy to scratch your arm on the paper holder if on the toilet seat. 2 single beds jammed together

Nothing, everything was fine.

Cozy and clean room, great location not far from the city center, friendly staff. The hotel didn't disappoint me and I would probably choose it next time. I can't say anything about the breakfast as I didn't order it.

Check in was confusing because it is two hotels in one so the front desk area is labeled as the Grand Hotel Downtown not Mosaic. The parking was a bit tricky as you had to scan a QR code via an app for entrance/exit and the app was not very easy to use. Sometimes the designated hotel spots on the 2nd floor were full, but the front desk said you could also park on the 1st floor anywhere if they were full. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Rijksmuseum area.

Breakfast looked good, although we did not have it as it was a pretty big extra charge. The room was nice with comfortable beds. The front desk staff was very nice and provided bottled water when requested and were very helpful with advice on what to do on a rainy day, etc. Our kids liked to run around the outdoor courtyard area that was accessible from our room.

The parking was too expensive, 35€ for a day is way too expensive although the parking should be from the hotel. The chandelier fell on us in the middle of the night.
