Cleanliness not the greatest. Old towels looking warn and stained. Floor dusty. Breakfast buffet lacklustre. Ok for one night but wouldn’t return in a hurry.

I really cannot find a negative.

Staff were friendly and efficient, very patient with my lack of Dutch language. The room was simple, spotlessly clean and comfortable for my one night stay. I’m on my cycle and they provided safe accommodation for that too. The food here is excellent also, maybe a little pricy but all in all good value. Given my travel itinerary rarely allows repeat visits I can still recommend this establishment 5 stars.

Twin Bed option

Room was basic but OK. Unfortunately the hotel only offered twin bed rooms, where I would prefer a kingside room. Nice breakfast in the morning. Considering the room rate, the hotel offers good value for money.

Spacious room for a couple. Just the lighting in the bathroom could've been brighter. Apart from it, everything was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean.

When i checked in after they added 2 extra bad. And i helped the housekeeping person to bring the sofa bed. And housekeeping asked questions if you made a reservation 1 day before? He was not happy for putting up an extra bed. At reception the lady i showed my reservation to is with breakfast she says no there is no breakfast, they next morning i asked again on receptionist they replied to me with the same answer. I was not happy with my stay at this hotel

Rooms very basic, nothing to make the place feel warm or welcoming. No proper lighting. In need of refurbishment. Uncomfortable beds. Only two very thin and hard pillows provided. Polyester duvet uncomfortable and stuffy. Bathroom full of mould on walls and ceiling. Incredibly noisy due to very flimsy walls between rooms and between rooms and corridor. Got woken several times during the night despite guests attempting to be quiet. Odd staff staring at us during breakfast and not offering any service. Buffet was empty so I queried whether we were late for breakfast. The answer was no, but they did not intend to restock any of the food , ‘op is op’. Chocolate sprinkles sachets (hagelslag) seemed clumped together and had turned grey. Miserable looking woman on checkout couldn’t be bothered to speak not to mention smile and just took the room key without any form of acknowledgment that we actually paid to stay with them. Not exactly recommended and I wouldn’t consider going back there

Booking directly via the property was a lot cheaper (breakfast was included, which otherwise was €13,- per person). the breakfast definitely wasn’t worth €13,- per person though.. also, the temperature in the room was way to warm and there were quite some noises on the hallway early in the morning which woke us up.

Steep stairs for luggage.

Family run hotel in quite residential area. Food is fabulous, thank you chefs! Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast. Very nice dining area and lounge. Studio was spacious.

Our flight was delayed and we let the hotel know we would be later than the check-in time. We were assured either someone would be there or to ring a phone number to be let into the hotel. Nobody there when we finally arrived at 1am after 6 hrs of delay and freezing cold. Owner who answered and responded by he wasn't getting out of his bed for that. Only when I made a big deal of ringing ahead and being assured that we would be able to check-in he arranged for someone to come but under protest. The lady who arrived was really pleasant. Beds pretty uncomfortable and decor looks tired. Room wasn't cleaned either nor was the coffee for the room resupplied. Really disappointed.
