Breakfast - basic and limited. I had prepaid but after learning of what it consisted of - cancelled. I was fully refunded for my 6 days payment for breakfast - negotiated with Laura, the manager. Not sure if it's because it was our first time at this hotel that caused them to give us a room adjacent to the main road - noise from the road was a problem. You need ear plugs. Felt like punishment for being a first timer there. At booking, the description said - city view but our room was merely overlooking part of the train station and part of a hotel - that's not city view. I made mistake and paid in euros with my uk credit card. The hotel applied exchange rate of 1.12 to the GB pound when the actual rate was 1.18. I paid an extra £45 than if I had paid in GB pounds. Then when I got refund for breakfast they applied a rate of 1.21 to the pound - so, I got less. The temperature control in the room did not work. However, the staff gave us an alternative facility/heater/fan.

Booked the family room with 4 beds due to it being spacious even though just 2 of us. No kettle and tea making facilties provided as standard but I asked and all were provided. The staff were all very respectful, coutreous and willing to help. Location - opposite Central train station and walkable distance to all city areas - very good. The way the hotel is constructed, hardly hear or know if other guests are present unlike other hotels that are noisy. Very clean room and all.other areas. Splendid decorations.

excellent location near the station and near public parking, waling distance to the center of the town. I was a bit worried about the hotel being near the station but this area is not dangerous or wild as in other European towns. It looked positively safe.

I missed eggs at breakfast (only boiled eggs were presented). Maybe they could have been ordered but I did not see the opportunity. The room (n° 216) was rather small; it was not too small but if my stay would have been longer I would have found it annoying.

The location was very good to reach and is centrally located. The staff in the hotel was more then helpfull and friendly which allowed me to enjoy my stay.

There was no closet in the room and beds were only twin, there was no option for double bed. Bathroom was getting flooded every time I showered.

The room felt a bit spartan. I would have appreciated a kettle/tea-making facility and an iron. It was also a bit cold at night; I was unsure if the heating was on. The hotel is nice but feels more like a place for young people (aesthetic, vibe and facilities). I imagine older travellers and families would prefer having a bit more comfort.

The hotel is located conveniently next to the train station. I was worried it could be noisy at night but it was pretty quiet. The facilities are basic but good - strong shower, comfy beds, and floor elevator access. Perfect for a short overnight stay.

The hotel is very close to the train station so it was very convenient to bring my luggage there. The staff is really nice and helpful. I also ordered breakfast, it was delicious and enough.

My room was not cleaned on the third night that I was there. In addition, my room was next to a very loud pipe that was making noises throughout the night.

The location is very good and the beds are very comfortable.

Air con struggled to get the room a bit warmer, no stand for luggage in the room. Nice that water was provided but a kettle with tea and coffee would have been much better.

Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful staff that organised my taxi's to TEFAF even when they were outside shuttle schedule. Very good wifi for work.
