We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Austriathe only problem, if I can call it that, is that it seems strange to me to see at the reception office, walking in the computer that has confidential characters...all the hotel staff have access to the computer data. I have seen many times waiters and bartenders using the computer at the reception, which I think is not normal maybe a manager there can make a rule with this
it is a very quiet hotel and you can sleep very well even during the day. I have been coming to this hotel for some time because I have a job in the area and I work at night and sleep peacefully during the day. the price is ok, cleanliness is. K

DenmarkI didn’t like the fact that the roommates opposite on the first day of our check-in just didn’t even let us sleep after a 10-hour journey, we were with a child and a pregnant wife, the woman got drunk behaved terribly, screamed and clapped the door every 15-20 minutes, it all lasted until 4:30 a.m.

PolandStained sheets, dirty curtains, dust and cobwebs on the lampshades in the room. Bathroom comfortable but a bit worn, the shower hose was leaking, one lamp was not lit, the silicone around the bathtub eated by fungi, the door and mirror frame are made of MDF, they fall apart when wet. Despite the assurances of the staff, the free WiFi was not working.

The most frustrating thing was room key not working. Ridiculous and staff were quick to fault the guest. Having stayed at other hotels I have never experienced such annoyance. Hence if not be returning as found one receptionist quite rude. No one wants to spend a quite break after surgery spending time going up and down to the room because of their faulty keys. I had no one issue at alternative hotel following this trip. Maybe fletcher hotel need to address this and there one staff? Otherwise rest of staff were friendly accommodating including my birthday.

After extending this trip I didn’t find one of your receptionist so friendly, easy to fault customer I.e. every time one enters room the door key doesn’t work and has to keep coming down to reactivate. Her response was that it’s me. Hospitality wording gone out the door hey? I even sent a email directly to staff at this hotel. It’s not just me hey others have had issues and not a phone as I don’t always carry. So I almost wished I had not extended my stay here based on lack of professionalism from your staff. Not all but this lady in particular . Email sent on 27/10 to hotel.please try and make it nice for the customer staying here as I am now doubtful to celebrating my birthday here on 29/10. As I have had surgery it was a easier option….

NetherlandsThe staff was less than enthusiastic. In today's era of competition between a large number of hotels, particularly after covid, I booked this hotel hoping to find a familial or cordial warm. Also the hotel specifically stated on its booking summary that families are welcome. Arriving there, the greeting was monosyllabic and the child was eyed suspiciously. Same at check out. The staff doing the room service was very nice and accomodating though and the breakfast service was polite.
The hotel is accomodated in a beautiful historical building, close to Amersfoort in very pretty nature.
