There was a mess with regards to my dormitory reservation. However, the staff on duty (Leonardo and a Greek guy whose name I can't remember) were superb. They fixed the issue and all was well. Thanks and well done guys.

The location is good. Walking distance to station and city center. For the price you pay, it's a decent accomodation.

The staff from the hotel were very nice and helpful, they tried to do all they had in their hands for bringing us the best stay!!

It was a nice hotel, room a little bit small but okay for a 6 bed ! Too bad there was not some toilet in the hotel despite the one in the room

Staff could be a bit friendlier. Bottle of wine is an outrageous price, vending machine broken, card machines were broken. Every transaction took ages.

There was a smell in the room and hallway. We had booked a room for 2 people. But the room was crowded with 1 big bed and 4 bunk beds. There was no heating in the bathroom.

The staff was nice and even let us check in early.

There is no more power point to recharge the phone. There is no sheet on the bed. There is no locker in the room.

The stuff didn't let me know I needed linen for my bed and as a result I figured it out by my self late at night when I got back to my room. It was an unpleasant experience because I had to make the sheets while my roommates were sleeping. Also, the receptionist didn't know which bed of the dorm room belonged to me and there was no way to figure out.

There were no wardrobes, just shelves to put your clothes, and the beds were on wheels as if they were just about to be moved

It was little bit cold in the room. One more blanket per bed would be great. We stayed only 1 night so did not go to the reception to ask for blankets.

Parts of the bathroom didn't seem that clean and the interior could be improved a bit. I hope that doesn't sound too rude, but the overall look gives off a modern vibe, yet parts of the interior/facilities were rather old/aged.

The customer service was very nice and the location was also very convenient.

The breakfast room could be left open in the evenings and the microwave could be made available for people to heat food.

The shower temperature was very tricky to manage. It went from scorching hot to ice cold with only very little adjustment. This made the shower very tricky to handle and nearly impossible to stay in longer than a minute because the temperature would also change drastically without any adjustments made at all. However, the force of the water was very nice.

The hotel looks very well taken care of, it maybe needs some paint here and there, but nothing bothersome to the eye really. Very fancy looking and well kept after if you ask me. There was some dust on the cupboards next to the bed, but other than that the room looked and felt clean. The room was a nice size and perfect for us. The bathroom was also mostly very good, with a nice toilet, sink and even a hairdryer that worked very well. The only problem was with the shower temperature.

Mainly the noise was a bit of a problem meaning the other guests but you can't blame hotel for that

Nice and spacious rooms , close to main train station and also close to the city center. Breakfast buffet was delicious for 9 euros is really good. Room was fairly clean
