only little thing i would pinpoint is the shower - door on the shower in the bathroom didnt hold tohether and after taking a shower, whole floor was always wet -> other than that, all was 👌🏻

The wine bottle opener was missing but we managed. The last night we were kept awake by a couple screaming and shouting very loudly from 3.30 to 6 in the morning. Half the time in the street in front of our bedroom and the other half indoor above us. I thought he would kill her....very scary.

Great and functional appartement that made us feel at home at once. Grocery shops and transport close buy. Nice pedestrian walk over the train railway bridge to the opera.

The fact that we had to pay separatly from booking. ANNOYING! All the messages a bit on booking.com a bit on the email so that it was difficult to find the useful informations we needed. We didnt have problems with english but i imagine that this could be even more annoying for people that have low knowledge of English...even because soon Booking.com will have a translator, like airbnb probably..

The house is quite well equipped. The place is nice. The quartier where i was was not Bjorvika but really close to the station so easy to reach.

It was very difficult to find the office. If we had been supplied with instructions of how to get there from the station, which is actually very easy, it would’ve made our arrival much less stressful. It is quite a soullesss area and the apartment itself felt quite soulless- very white and clinical. Not a particularly nice area of Oslo either.

Let down by lack of attention to detail in the fit out, stocking, and maintenance of the apartment. Not up to the same standard as the Bjørvika apartment we stayed at in Trondheim. Anemic lighting, bad blackout blinds in the bedrooms, creaky stiff doors, can't plug in more than one thing in the kitchen, scratched frying pan (probably because there is no spatula) etc... lots of minor fixable problems.

Great location in a very central area, but still very quiet at night. Spacious and clean. Many nearby places to eat, and a very convenient supermarket.

Arrival - 1100 hours . Finding the location of office first was difficult as it shows in a building but instead it was behind it. Checkin 1500 we got one of the rooms ready at 11. We picked up the keys from The office and apartment was at 5 mins distance. The main entrance door is a bit tricky but the property was well maintained. Both the rooms the superior and 2 bedroom were the same size The beds are ok the pillow is super thin A lot of storage There is No shower gel or shampoo in the room. It is well Located in centre walking to central Buses and tram. They hv multiple locations so best is to inform them in advance . Nearest market is rema 1000 The staff was really nice. The wifi worked well with pswd on the back. I was worried after i read alot of comments on Google till I experianced the opposite. They also have a luggage drop after check out so u can walk around the city Thank you for the stay hope to see u next time.

Window in the bed room was locked, the room was very warm Everything is very basic Only one towel for 4 days per person. We could wash them but then we had to plan around that.

The flat offers recycling bins for plastic and organics, but the only bins we found were generic large black ones, located just outside the entrance gate in a very smelly room. Maybe we missed something. The green fabric blackout curtains in the smaller bedroom were dusty and some dust was coming out everytime they were being moved, spraying dust over the headboard areas of both beds. The hallway floor at ground level was soiled with spill from something sticky and some tissue like paper just in front of the elevator door. This remained for 3 or 4 days before being cleaned up.

We visited during a particularly warm weekend and the apartment was very warm due to the amount of natural daylight that floods in. This was manageable in the living room as the windows opened but it was very warm in the bedroom.

The perfect base to explore Oslo city and connect with airport and onward trains. The apartment was well presented with everything you would need for a short stay. The view from the balcony was really nice and made it inviting to spend more time in the apartment than we might otherwise have done.

We stayed for two weeks so did a lot of cooking. Could have used a few more cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. But the basics were provided. Keep in mind that they only clean once a week and do not provide soap for laundry or dishwasher or any cleaning supplies to keep things tidy.

This apartment is conveniently located near the station. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was enough space for us to setup our laptops to work remotely. The staff is very helpful and responsive. Would stay here again. Kitchen appliances are nice and new and the washing machine was a nice feature to have.

The neighborhood is very noisy. Many young people are living there. They organize parties until late night. They sing and scream etc. So, this is not suitable if you would like to rest in a calm environment.

There was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. We couldn't get into the garbage room although it was stated that we could with our key. We went by the "reception" building three times on different days and noone was there. An extra pillow per person and larger curtains to block the sun in the morning would be ideal.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, near to a 24hour mini market, metro station and a lot street food places. The kitchen was very well equipped regarding the utensils, plates, pots and electrical appliances. Quite neighbours.
