The kitchen has only basic equipment (kettle and microwave), so it's not ideal for longer stays if you don't want to eat out every day. But it's definitely enough for a quick visit to Oslo.

Excellent location, a 5-min walk from the Opera house and the train station. Easy to check in and out. Nice and spacious common areas. The rooms are not very big, but clean, quiet and comfortable. I know there were people staying next to me, but couldn't hear them at all (which of course was a good thing). Perfect for a short stay.

The room was small but we were aware of this as stated in the booking information.

The room was small as stated. It was clean and the bed with 2 pillows very comfortable. It was as advertised and met our expectations. The facilities in the complex allowed clients plenty of space to sit, eat, relax.

The lift button from my floor wasn’t working, so had to take the stairs every time we left. Also would’ve been great if there was a leaflet or guide in our room for when we arrived to tell us about the hotels facilities. I felt we would’ve got that if there wasn’t self service check in

Very quiet and comfortable room, in a great location, offering excellent value for Oslo. There is a common area available where you can prepare tea and coffee, as well as enjoy a meal. Additionally, free coffee is provided

Nice little restaurant on ground-floor opens at 7:30, long after many travelers need to be gone. Not major, but an inconvenience.

I only had two issues with my stay - the WiFi did cut off a few times, and I had to reconnect. I also noticed that the heating in my room was quite low, even when set to full, which was ok for my trip but any colder it would have been a problem. Additionally, a lot of the rooms do overlook busy roads with trams etc, I can confirm other people’s complaints that it was a bit noisier than usual but I found the sounds of trams to actually be relaxing. It’s also very “independent” in the sense that unless you seek them out, you really don’t need to encounter any staff while here (again, not an issue for me and found them when needed) but appreciate others may want more than a screen on check in.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The location and cost were very good, and the shared facilities were of a good standard. Room was a good size for a single traveller, and I say this as a bigger guy, so imagine for others it’d be even better. Was ideal for a weekend in the city as a tourist. The staff were very accommodating when I asked them to keep my room on until past check out time too.

The price-performance ratio is really great. Our room was cozy, despite the simple furnishings. There should just be a bit more space to hang up clothes. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Never saw a member of staff and considering I arrived alone at 1am in the morning it would have been nice just to help check-in. And when I emailed them via your site I never got a reply in the end I went direct to their website. Wished been informed prior that there was a kitchen, it isn’t obvious on your site..

While I was there the lift was not working. It's not a big problem, but it bothered me. There were not enough trash bins. But that's not a problem either, just good to know.

The location was great, close to everything I was interested in. The room was compact and comfortable, everything I needed was there. The room was clean. The part of the hotel I stayed in was also clean.
