Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rest Up Hostel is the best place I ever stayed! The whole team is very nice and accommodating. Everyone helps and explains everything you need to know about Kathmandu and Nepal. They helped me book bus tickets and get permits for my treks. The roof terrace is unique! After my trek I will definitely come back to the hostel, I booked already.

I liked the rooftop communal area, a great place to meet other travellers, have drinks and exchange advice. Staff gave great advice re: solo trekking and were never trying to sell me something. I had my own room, it was very comfortable and the WiFi 10/10.
