We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was perfect for two adults and a toddler. It had everything we needed and had plenty of room for our toddler to run around safely. I would recommend the room to other parents with young children. Room was quiet and clean. Excellent location.

Central location. Down at ground level, close to countdown other restaurants nearby (McDonald's, Subway, Chinese & Japanese restaurant) all within walking distance, wonderful location! Loved the big apartment especially the washing machine & dryer. Room was beautifully serviced when we came back to our room. Another tv in one bedroom, handy for kids. Good old Nickelodeon channels for kids, Sky movie channels. We had excellent reception using the unlimited wi-fi! Where reception is, is level 6 at an entrance road from a back street. Narrow but manageable drive into the City life entrance. Onsite parking complex (cost involved) is about a 50m walk, need to park cautiously as narrow but this is Wellington so we are quite used to the roads here being narrow, steep and windy. There's a few diagonal parking spaces at the front of Reception, we were very fortunate to find a parking space when we needed to load and unload kids from the car. Reception always helpful and very approachable, thank you!

Great kitchen facilities but no table to eat at? You could get rid of the clunky tv stand, put the tv on the wall and put a two seater table and chairs in. Undercooked room service chips. Really foul. Had to put them outside the room because they smelled so bad.

Location is great for central Wellington. Bathroom amenities were great. Staff as always were lovely. Kitchen facilities were very good.

Was surprised not to have the same facilities as the exact same type of booking as last year. We only had one bathroom, whereas last year we got an ensuite too - which had been perfect for our needs. The wardrobe was only available on one side due to a water tank on the other- which was rather noisy.

Needing some TLC, the paintwork needed touching up and the cleaners need to make sure that they didn't miss any spots, especially in the bathroom, a few dust bunnies.

The room was pretty good and the bed was very comfortable. Central in the city, so could walk anywhere without using transport. The room was enough for my needs and would use again.

It had a washer and dryer !!!! It was an apartment so had 2 bedrooms. Liked the coffee and milk provided to get me started in the morning. It was right downtown so close to restaurants and shops and the cable car ride.

Front desk staff. Your previous staff were upbeat, knowledgeable, caring and went out of their way to make things happen. My experience with current staff during our stay was that they were just doing their job and a customer experience was missing. These front desk staff are your Brand!

Having stayed at Citylife before many times I love the apartment style accommodation for my family. The kitchen is user friendly. The rooms are good. Beds comfortable. Location is superb and so easy to get around Wellington. Having a washer and dryer in the apartments are awesome for a family! Perhaps from a sales point of view your staff could also upsell the 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms to customers who are willing and wanting to pay a bit more at check in for the convenience of having 2 bathrooms.

Our windows were facing the bottom of a building with almost no light. It felt like we were in a cave. Parking was across the street in a garage. Would recommend that the property make the parking spots in front of reception loading only.

Very large room with a full size dining table. Laundry machines and an oven! Staff was very accommodating. Room's were clean and comfortable.
