Nothing I didnt like. When we first arrived in the dark we werent quite sure what to do but soon worked it out.

Access to the beach and coffee shops with outstanding coffee was one of the best features. Bed and pillows were one of the best part. Bathroom was also really nice and modern and super clean.

Our check out was a bit unpleasant as the host knocked on our door at 0952h to rush our checkout at 1000h. We were a little late checking out at 1006h however didn't really think it was necessary and made us feel less positively about our stay which had been otherwise perfect.

Fantastic location, minutes walk from Kohimarama beach. Easy check in. Lovely room with kitchenette and large bathroom. Quiet and private.

The outside sensor lighting could be a improved for access to the upstairs unit at night. Just a microwave in the kitchen, but hey, there's no shortage of restaurants down the road.

An immaculate and modern apartment with a nice view of the harbour. Late arrival was fine and the host was very kind and helpful. The off-street parking was a definite bonus and was the main reason we chose this property over hotels in the area.

Of course! Here we are running way behind schedule, (nothing new there unfortunately) Two hours after the arranged check in time (5pm)... A nice friendly phone call from our host Kohi B&B. I Informed him that we would arrive very very shortly! And please to wait for us. Another two hours later... Finally arriving dead of night our welcoming host still greeted us with a smile and gave us the guided tour of our cosy little nest for the night. Thanks Kohi Beach B&B! And sorry again!!

difficult driveway to manoeuvre in dark. very basic amenities. no sink as I book many overnight stays I don’t have time to read the small detail so was surprised when booked into a B & B that the breakfast part is an added extra and we had not paid for that through Booking.com

I initially entered a late check in time when booking (2300-2400) as we had a gig to play at and was asked to come in earlier. I came earlier to meet the owner, discuss payment, introduce myself, receive the keys and have a brief look around before heading out again (briefing took less than 5 mins). Upon return to the accomodation later in the night, the street was dark and I got a bit lost looking for the property. I had passed the house twice and I was approached by the owner stating that I shouldn't be lurking around the house at that hour, that they were a private property, that it was late in the night and was rudely accused of coming to the house to party and do drugs!!! I am 35 years old and I did not appreciate this at all.. If it was not for my partner to calm me down i would have left that night.

The photograph doesn't show the correct configuration of the accommodation. I booked it as I thought the bedroom was separated from the lounge where I had requested the sofa bed be made up for my brother. But we found it was just one big open space with no privacy other than the bathroom. Nothing Iike the photo. There was also no sink other than the bathroom sink for washing plates, etc. WiFi password was provided, however it did not work.

The beds were comfortable, good bathroom and clean. The fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave were clean and in good working order. We requested an iron and extra hangers which were provided immediately.
