Thoroughly enjoyed the spa it was fantastic. The room was tidy and spacious. It was located away from the main parking area and gave us the privacy we wanted. Highly recommend and would gladly come back to stay again!

One thing that can be improved is the kettle is mouldy.

My personal preference is for a firmer bed with full mattress (not joined mattress) and more comfortable pillows (or a variety of pillows, everybody is different) Kitchen, bathroom and toilet need extractor fans for cooking smells and steam from bathroom. ( no use warning people about what they cook , all cooking smells of something, either good or bad, if there is no extractor)

The shower over bath is too high for shorties 5ft4 to reach safely. Perhaps a shower on slide would b a goid option here. Bed was quite hard

Only complaint was the toilet paper dispenser was too close for my legs, im 6'3"

We booked to have a spa pool in the room but the first room the spa could not be accessed as awkward steps to climb up to get in. The manager kindly had me (Noel) check out another room with an outside spa which I accepted on face value. On attempting to use it the surrounds were covered in leaves and the inside was very dirty. I managed to get out with great difficulty and as I attempted to get back in because of the surrounding untidy area I was only adding more grit and sand into the pool. Both spa pools encountered I would suggest not many patrons would be able to get in if they were over 40 years of age and had any mobility issues. The toilet was designed on the basis of an Asian squat and the was very low to the floor. For short stay the facilities would be good for trades people wanting a place to sleep but for older travelers like us we would not return unless the whole complex had a complete makeover.

We actually booked to stay 2 nights, weather being one deciding factor. We did not have breakfast. Parking was very good and being at the rear of the units is was very quiet. The manager was very affable and helpful as much as he could. The shower facility was very good and the thermal heating in the room was excellent

Found bathroom little small. Didn't have much room to move.or any where to put cloths when in shower. We used bathroom door when in toilet as with toilet door closed we found that we were touching the wall . Cupboard door in Kitchen had something on top of boor like blood or something but besides that it was ok. Found room to hot Couldn't sleep . And we had alot of ants for some reason. We had nothing out on beach .

The rooms were too small, the spa took too long to fill, beds were too low, some essentials were missing e.g scissors. Could hear the neighbours through the wall, and they weren’t as clean as they could’ve been.

Everything. This place was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The jug was dodgy and didn't boil. The bedroom TV couldn't connect to the internet. Went to the office for clean towels as they were replenished between nights. No one was there most of the day. The service between the first night to the second night was non existent. Tea, coffee & sugar wasn't restocked, nor were the towels. Nothing was clean. The bathroom was disgusting when we turned up. Will never go back!!!! Waste of $600 for the family

Health & Safety issue for senior people getting into bath tub for shower. Especially if bath is slippery. Had to stretch up to turn on the shower control which is another H&S issue. Would not recommend this room for any senior citizens.

Upon arrival we were informed that there was a surcharge for using our credit card. This surcharge was beyond any regular retail outlet. If we had been notified earlier we would have got cash out. This left a sour taste in my mouth. I will be informing my friends about this scam.
