we stayed in the self cintained unit (4 berth) and the facility was what we ecpected. had a modern touch to it and was clean. we enjoyed swimming in the pools and riding the tricycle with double seats. we enjoyed being around the firepit and watching the sun set near the river.

Unfortunately because of the season there were a few ants in the kitchen. But not a major issue...will just remember some spray next time. Oh, and pegs for the washing line. I'm a novice with regards to campsite holidays.

The gear and playground was a little worn but it was comforting and it was safe and the kids loved everything about it as did I. Clear signage everywhere. The pool was lovely. The staff were amazing. We dealt with Kerry mostly and she was amazing but so were all the other staff. Our room was super cute and comfortable and the reception was full of everything you needed and so welcoming. It was clean, nice and so comforting here. It is our ideal holiday destination and it will be our go to every single time.

We liked the park layout and that everything was within close proximity to the cabins so our children could enjoy their stay with a bit of freedom to use park activities within our eyesight. Staff were friendly.

There was a large odour reminiscent of damp apparent in the self contained unit we stayed in. Fantastic games room but many of the vendoring machines at park not working and did not return gold coin payment.

Heating via panel heater in lounge totally inadequate to heat lounge, dining/kitchen and esp bathroom. The better heater was in the bedroom but was hardly necessary in that location.. a heat pump is a must-have. Privacy a big issue with other dwellings and public areas so close.. needs net curtains or similar..

Unit was tidy and clean and stay would be more enjoyable in summer..

The WiFi was non-existent and therefore of no use to me as I couldn't work off my Computer...also the layout of the Unit meant that all the windows aside from 1 faced into the Park with all the Campers/Campervans etc staring straight into my space and the only privacy I had was to close all the curtains whilst I was inside

Cabins retain a pungent odour. Grimey couches, had to put towels over top. Cabin doesn’t overlook river - in fact faces into playground. Very far from CBD. No bike tracks or walking tracks along banks of river here.

We travel a lot and I the unit was very overpriced for what we got. The unit is really tired and aged. The step down to the toilet and in front of the minute wash basin is a hazzard and very unpractical. The booking was for a "chalet with river view" and was misleading. The only river view we had was from the kitchen window.

It was an impromptu trip for my fiance and I, but we were so well accomodated and the staff were very helpful. We went during winter and the park was quiet and beautiful. We rented the self contained suite and it was so quaint, neat and had everything we needed in a small space. It was the perfect getaway away from noise. We rented the kayak and had an amazing time on the river. The process was seamless and would highly recommend it for its price and what it has to offer.
