Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The security key pad that was emailed to us is a very good system, meaning that the overnight stay was contactless but not in any way detrimental to the service. The motel was clean, quiet, comfortable and had a large bathroom with a good shower.

Room was nice and cozy. Well equipped. They even had TV in both bedrooms with a sofa bed in Living room. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Will definitely visit the apartment on our next holiday to NZ again😉

Great location with supermarket and petrol down the road. Facilities were excellent - well organised, clean and easy to use. Fantastic TV - size and easy to use, same as the wifi. Having stayed in three different motels over three nights - this was definitely the best!

Everything was new. Modern bathroom, comfy beds and linens, 3 TVs, kitchenette was spotless, modern lock on the main door. Self- checkin, very clear instruction from staff. No face to face interaction needed. Peaceful and quiet at night.
