Amazing staff, always nice and ready to help. Very clean room, good restaurant and breakfast. Super convenient location to access all the beaches around especially Playa Larga and Playa Galeon.

Nothing really. I didn’t realize it wasn’t on a beach but everything else was perfect and it was the right choice. There are 2 beautiful beaches a 2 minute and 5 minute walk away.

The swimming pool was full of dirty water. No hot water or water pressure in showers.

The rented vehicle was a terrible drive - could barely manoeuvre it (including braking) - at times felt quite unsafe. Dog kept on a chain (!!!) by the hotel. Some of the staff were not too pleasant (not all though!).

Close to 2 beaches, spacious room, well equipped - fridge, coffee machine, TV with streaming services available, aircon very well placed and functioning. Free coffee and tea available in the restaurant.

Many beaches to chose from within walking distance. The breakfast was ample with lots of attention from the part of the staff and also fresh fruits, fresh eggs... The staff was always friendly. attentive and very patient to in all their explanations.

The location is really good, closer to Galeón beach and Ejecutiva. It’s simple and cute.

"hot" water needed a little more heat. It was ok because we were pretty toasty from snorkeling all day.

They picked us up from the ferry, got us squared away with a golf cart rental. Room was clean and AC was cold. No bugs. Breakfast was awesome. Fresh fruit, yogurt Coffee, tea, juice, toast. Hosts were nice and accommodating. They had recommendations for beaches, food, and activities. Nice restaurant and bar onsite. They dropped us off at the ferry after our cart rental ended.

The 3rd floor area with small pool and relaxing area was underwhelming and wifi and TV service were out at least during half our stay.

We were welcomed at the dock, coffee always available. Nice restaurant on site. Rent a golf cart for your stay! We think this made our holiday perfectly! The island is walkable with lots of places to explore.

Each and everyone of the staff members worked so hard and were so very friendly, making our stay seem like a 5star accommodation. Thank you, thank you! You are the hardest working staff we encountered and so happy! The breakfasts are included and made to order. We were so comfortable and enjoyed the food & staff so much we ate dinner there every night. Delicious and easily accommodated my gluten-free diet. There are so many other places on the island that have shuttered, but not Gerald's. The building is so well built we did not hear our fellow vacationers staying above us. Beds were comfortable and everything is so clean. The proximity to the airport was actually enjoyable. We could only hear the planes for a short moment and they were fun to watch. Playa Larga is a short easy walk away that's both beautiful & clean with a restaurant to buy refreshments. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was nicer than I was expecting. Nice modern washroom, fridge in the room. I really appreciated how friendly and accommodating the staff were, beginning with the prompt replies to my messages right up to my departure. They made my stay that much nicer. Thank you!

Some of the rooms are very close to the road so noise can be an issue.

Only thing that could have been better was hot water in shower. Lukewarm at best but to be expected as it is so remote and I know they have limited plumbing on the island.

The lady that helped me and Jonathon were both so sweet. Went above and beyond every step of the way. Make you feel comfortable and right at home which is saying something for a single white female alone on the islands/ Panama in general! Asked if I needed ride from ferry, Room, breakfast, transportation, everything was ningún problema! Will be back!
