- Noisy rooms. We had one which was facing the main road and the traffic is really loud 24/7 - rooms were well equipped but toilet brush was missing. Would have been nice to have one ;) - we booked our taxi transfer from the airport via Hotel for 55 soles, which is a decent price. When we arrived after check in the receptionist called us saying that the driver was expecting 10 more soles since he had to wait for us at the airport. The delay was due to immigration queue. We provided our flight informations before arrival as asked and relayed on the time management of the hotel/taxi. In our opinion this is quite an unprofessional behavior. When booking a taxi via hotel we expect that prices remain as defined before or otherwise the hotel takes care about it. - we asked for advice in recognizing a reliable and safe taxi. The receptionist (another one) explained we could take any taxi from the street. Thats a thing almost every other local advised us NOT to do. Would expect better information for tourists. - Breakfast was poor (dry bread, butter, tasteless coffee, scrambled eggs and a low quality juice) and was served in hotelroom due to covid.

its noice, the room is not sound proof which cause a lot of noice from the other rooms even if they are not making that much noice. for example you can hear what the pther people are doing in their rooms causing a lot of complains.

The decor and the internal layout of the hotel is dated. It requires total internal redecoration. Since breakfast is served in rooms, attempt should be made to collect the plates after.

The breakfast (included) was not vegetarian friendly and there was no way to ask in advance for it since the cook decided what to make that same morning. Also, no noticed when the kitchen would close early. Although the staff was friendly the manager didn't always seemed the friendliest or the most helpful.

Facilities are amazing for the price. Location is great. Many may say that the hotel is a little bit noisy, but that’s due to it is located in a Main Street with traffic.

Quite noisy, sounded like they were doing repairs or renovations. Ended up switching to an airbnb. Tried to check out early but the hotel said I had to do it through booking.com and they said to do it through the hotel. Hmmmm.

Breakfast was nice and staff were mostly friendly and helpful (one staff member demanded I leave my key at reception as it was policy but I'd already been there a week and it was the first I'd heard about that).

The staff speaks broken English, the walls are thin, one window was broken and neither closed nor opened fully. The rooms were not the cleanest.

The room was noisy, it was not soundproof at all and you can hear every noise. The toilet was clogged and we asked for cleaning but it was not even checked until late evening. After asking the second time a guy came and solved the problem.
