the entrance to the hotel parking was so steep!! I do not recommend bringing a manual/stick shift car as they dont have signal light from the entrance of the hotel parking.

We have to move to another room on the second day which was a hassle even if we booked 3 days 2 nights.

The parking ramp was to steep and it is slippery. They should clean the dust or debris to prevent accidents.

It does not have an in house restaurant. Considering the location where there are no dining establishments near the hotel, having the option to have your meals in the hotel itself will be a big plus factor to the guests.

Super noisy and uncomfortable for us to stay. We had our vacation in Baguio few days ago and we stayed here for 3 nights. Honestly the location and room itself was good, unfortunately we didn't had a good sleep as in the whole night esp in 2nd floor since there were guests near us who are so very noisy (they were laughing, had loud voices & shouting) from evening to morning so bothering. The room is not sound proof, as in very very noisy and super disturbing when you want to have a good relaxation like us. I will not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again. In addition, since all your rooms is not sound proof, I suggest that you should have a poster or reminder to all your guests to not allowed shouting, laughing or noising and drinking alcohols is prohibited (coz most of them are drunk) in all your rooms especially during late hours instead just to keep silent at all times because some of the guest are still sleeping and wants to have a good stay 😌 We are very dismayed and disappointed!

Wi-fi connection badly needs improvement. Breakfast, though very cheap, need lots of improvement too. It was served late and was already cold that is why on our second morning we settled to have breakfast outside.

The rooms was really big! Good thing we chose to have a room with a view. There was no air conditioning unit inside the room but the cool Baguio weather can suffice. It was really clean. Elevators were a little small and too few for such a massive structure. Staffs were indeed warm and friendly.

The wifi could have been a lot better. If you're booking the place for work, it's not ideal since the wifi is intermittent (but if you're really in it for a quiet weekend, then it is a plus). Even though i brought my own router (for emergency purposes), it's likely the location that makes it unsuitable for faster internet speeds.

The room I booked (with city view) is very spacious. It was for two people, but can actually be even for three. It has a well-placed lounge area within the room, and the view is very nice. The parking area is very much a bonus as well, and a small but important detail is the availability of an electric fan to help the airflow. The staff does their best to always assist and answer any questions I had. Its location also makes it ideal for a getaway, perhaps especially if you're traveling with someone.

when we wanted to eat the staff told us that the restaurant was closed so we have to go outside and find some place to eat, which is a bit of a hassle. We went to the lobby to buy water, they don’t have available cold drinking water. Not like other hotels that you can just order food and deliver to your room.

The room didn't have an outdoor facing window. The room was a bit stuffy and moist. It kind of felt like a boarding house. Hehe. The rooms were advertised as soundproof but we heard our neighbors and construction noise during our stay.

The staff was accomodating. They worked well and efficiently. They had good facilities inside the room: tv, fan, slippers, basic toiletries, and etc. The bed was clean and towels were freshly laundered too. Thank you!
