The room they gave us at 1st the aircon wasn’t working, they had moved us but we’ve waited for a while while they were looking for another room, because the aircon wasn’t working we were boiling inside the room and when we went to the corridor their was no aicon either so we were boiling hot while waiting.

PhilippinesWhat I didn’t like was the internet connection—it was quite weak, especially on higher floors. The water system was also an issue and difficult to explain. I recommend checking that the TV is working properly and that there is good hot and cold water pressure before settling in. In my case, I had to change rooms due to a non-functioning TV, and the water situation was still challenging—I even ended up using bottled water while bathing. Despite these issues, I can’t complain too much as I still had a good stay overall, and the rate was reasonable. I’d also like to thank Marjorie from the in-house restaurant—she was very helpful and accommodating.
I stayed at this hotel from March 21–21, 2026. What I liked most is that it’s only about 20 minutes from the airport, and the property is surrounded by small shops and a mall with plenty of restaurant options. There’s also an outlet factory within walking distance. I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very spacious and came with basic amenities like a TV and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, although the linens were no longer as white as expected, but still comfortable to use. My booking also included daily breakfast and airport pick-up or drop-off, which was very convenient.

IsraelThe rooms were a little run down, some renovations need to be made here and there. The shower was a little weird as there was no curtain so the whole bathroom would get wet. The hot water was barely working as well for us.
The hotel is located in a good area. About 15 mins from the airport. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel also offers one free airport shuttle which was really convenient.
