Can’t control tides but the beach went from Low tide to high tide crazy fast! On low tide, you had to walk a good distance to get to water

Loved how friendly and helpful the team was. It was our honeymoon and my husbands birthday. They helped arrange a superb cake for us and it was a wonderful surprise when they sang the birthday song as well.

Great location-only few minutes from Panglao Town by tuk tuk, very nice and helpful staff, very comfortable bed, room was nice and clean, all guests had access to the pool

Work more on nice food... especially during lunch or dinner... no people that you could ask too... ´coz after the serving of food ... they're gone... and i hope there's a free shuttle

The hotel is not bad, but the beach is dirty. They don't clean the rooms themselves, you have to remind them every time. The shower is bad and difficult to wash. Breakfast is not very good. If you live on the second floor, then from 6 in the morning chairs will be moved above your head, there will be a constant creaking overhead. But it’s hard to find a better hotel in the Philippines. good location, not too crowded, ideal for relaxation

The ability to get a drink or a meal is very limited to certain times of the day so needed to go out. The resort would be very nice if you could get a drink for courtyard or a meal when you wanted it. Staff were excellent and accommodating.

The property was under construction. The view of the back implies that there is a beach to access water. There room smelled of heavy spray product as if they’re trying to cover a smell. The restroom facilities did nonfiction properly. We had two rooms and both rooms had issues.

Lack of service. Had to go hunting for staff to man the bar(s). Rooftop bar was closed down. Room was right next to the restaurant resulting in a lot of noise in the mornings. Couldn't dsit on the balcony in our room as it faced the stairs to the restaurant and had no provacy at all. The cupboard doors in the batchroom were falling off. Don't accept room 301.

We have been staying at South Beach Bohol for the last Five years due to the friendliness of the staff , it’s location to Alona Beach ( close enough,yet far enough away from the tourist crowding . Last but not the least is value for money !

The budget room had no door, only a curtain to close it, and it did not have windows. The quality of breakfast food was poor. The shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Overall quality wasn't great for the price - felt more like a hostel.

The room is at the 3rd level of their building, it was not very clean. When we came inside the room after check-in there was a fly on top of the bed. There were ants on the floor and to make it worse there was a spider hanging on the headboard.

No lift, cctv is not covered the entire carpark. Somebody put a car grease on my wiper blades inside the premises.

The breakfast is fine, we couldn't eat the bacon over cook and really hard. We had dinner once and the chicken wasn't cook, sick the following day.

- really dirty place with cockroaches, ants and spiders - tiles on the floor of the bathroom were moving - really dirty in the bathroom and behind the bed - we barely had warm water - the first bedroom we had was extremely small so they moved us after we asked - the bedroom is not automatically cleaned everyday, we had to ask for it - does not look like the pictures - we just stayed 1 night instead of 4 and went away - you cannot swim on the beach in front of the hotel bc of rocks / seaweed

The quietness of the area. Perfect relaxation with My spouse. The view was superb We had great time and we love the cats and dogs in the area. Neighborhood locals are friendly.
