The room on the surface seemed clean. The floor needs a thorough wet cleaning session. The water comes under the shower door. So beware that it can be slippery getting out of the shower. A minor issue: upon arrival there was a running toilet. After addressing this to the staff it wasn’t fixed.

A cool refreshing drink was offered upon arrival. That was thoughtful. A beautiful resort. Nice view. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Spacious room. Towels had a very nice scent. Good walk-in shower. Good refrigerator. Airco was good. They are very alert to switch on the power immediately after a power outage. Just outside the room there is a drying rack for your snorkeling gear. That is very convenient.

Location was a little far away from restaurants and entertainment.

Breakfast was a bit pricey but considering the cost to taxi into town, the breakfast was worth it. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower were new and accommodating. Pools were clean, Pool chairs were good quality, towel service was great. Quality of staff and pool exceeded my expectations. Staff helped us book a van to the airport and scooter rental.

Fab spot to end our trip and reset after 3 days at sea from El Nido. The resort is away from the main town but you can catch a tricycle easily in and out. The breakfast was good, dinner was too but we'd recommend sticking with the Asian options if you choose a la carte. Large, relaxing pool area with towels provided, and water to keep hydrated. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Live singing in bar area in the evenings is a nice touch!

There were no tissues provided inside the room except in the toilet. I even asked them to give me some tissues for the room but they didn't give me any which was disappointing. I asked for a bathtub but there wasn't any. There was a little bit of mold in the shower area in the toilet. The toilet water had a horrible taste and it was not safe for drinking so we were using bottled water even for brushing our teeth. The food from the restaurant downstairs was average and sometimes not good especially the pizzas. The karaoke nights were really loud and annoying downstairs at the restaurant and we could hear them all night even through our room from the 4th floor. The AC in the room was old-school window AC and most of the time it was hot and it took a very long time for the room to cool down.

The room was huge and luxurious. The view from the room was absolutely stunning and romantic! The bed was massive! The toilet was big and nice too. The swimming pool was fancy and very large.

The restaurant is very expensive, and we sometimes felt ignored by the weight staff. The gym is not air conditioned so it is a sauna.

Extra charges for breakfast, mixed invoice, and charged some extra room service we didn't order, but everything was cleared very fast.

We selected a family room, which was dark and had one room without windows. Since we booked six nights with three kids, we expected more. However, after discussing the issue with the reception, we were moved the next night to the fourth floor with two separate rooms and nice views. The rooms were clean and regularly cleaned, and the food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were good value for money. Every evening, we had live music around the pool, so it was very nice to relax around the pool with a drink and listen to the music after days full of trips and island hopping.

The room we booked online wasn’t the room we got, still nice though but when i asked for a room on a higher floor they said none were available. We were questioned about paying for our massage at the end of our stay, though we had paid the staff member cash, this wasn’t told to the receptionist and they didn’t believe we had paid. Eventually it was sorted out.

The pool facilities are incredible. Staff make it very easy for you to book a massage, a tricycle or hire a motorcycle.

Location was alittle far out from main town and restaurants. (Easy to get transport though) Service at the restaurants in the hotel was very slow. At lunch my partner received his order, whilst I was sat waiting. They had forgot mine, then had to wait a further 20mins for it to be cooked. Just alittle annoying eating separate. No compensation received. Even a complimentary drink whilst we waited would have been a nice gesture. Major building works going on (not mentioned on booking.com) meaning it was noisy when trying to relax around the pool. Gym needs a huge update, looked nothing like the pictures online.

We arrived early to the hotel at 10.30am. Our room wasn’t ready (as expected as check in is 2pm) the reception team upgraded us to a premium room as this was available for check in straight away! So that was a lovely gesture, not only could we go to our room straight away, but also a larger room, with a sea view! Hotel organised transport to the airport for us. Large pool area, plenty of sunbeds! Rooms large and clean, great shower pressure, fridge in room. Live music in the evening which was nice, but it did go on quite late.

Food was hit and miss. Filipino food was good, western food not so good. Avoid the pizza! No shade around the pool and too windy for the umbrella’s which sometimes made it hard to lie out as it was so hot.

Spacious and clean rooms with a huge comfortable bed. Great view from our balcony of the pool and the sea in the distance. Lovely pool complex which was really quiet. Great bar staff and live music every night.

When asking about touring the island on a scooter to find a beach they suggested we go to their sister resort owned by same owner, that beach has an access fee, even if your staying at Westown. Should be free for their guests. Charging to access a beach anywhere in the world is messed up though. The driveway out front is tile, which is apparently slippery on a scooter and we crashed on it. Not much they can do about that now but use textured tile next time!

No shops nearby so you have to take the taxi to town. Distance to Coron city is not walkable, however, taxis are quite cheap for only 80 PHP to the city and are arranged by the reception staff upon request.

Very nice hotel with three big pools and friendly staff. Everything is in good condition and clean. The breakfast for 450 PHP was very delicious.

On our first day the staff who assisted us said that he will give us a complementary bottle water because he noticed it but hours passed he never showed. And I called at the front desk and ask first it, the lady told me to ask at the restaurant for a free pitcher of water🤣. I sum up not ot bither them and buy a bottle water for my son who needs to take his medicine 😂 and The restaurant staff automatically charged my bills to our room. They should ask first.

It’s not a bit near from the town proper of Coron so you need to arrange a tricycle or van but its a good thing too, to be away with the crowds.

Friendly staff, good facilities and great place for family. Our room had a leak in the bathroom but they fixed it right away.

The food here is awful and overpriced. My boyfriend got food poisoning. It’s pretty far from other things (shops, restos) you need to take a trike to get to the town centre.
