The pool often had kids in it and was very busy during the day when we might have liked to use it. The lounge chairs next to the pool were always occupied.

We lived on 2 flor and karaoke bar was under us, and people singing till deep night, it’s okay if you are without children, I know that everyone here to chill Ice cream calling! It’s too annoying hear that sound too long, ringing the bell not a few moments, it was during for so long time, sometimes we asked to stop

Amazing hotel with the cutest staff! Food was nice, and waiters are amazing! Pool is clean, rooms are clean, everyday cleaning, and also you can ask to dry your clothes in drying room I should to say that hotel staff is the best thing there! Be wary of the free dinner buffet offer, as that leads to a 2 hour sales conversation for Astoria Membership. If that's your cup of tea and have time to spare, go ahead.

The Ambiance, the room setup was great, very comfortable bed and warm shower! Amenities especially the Pool —- Awesome design!! We had dinner in Pool side and Breakfast in Beachfront. and all the Staff and Crew, very respectful, friendly, great customer service, Honest, hospitable professional and beautiful people!!

What's not to like? It's a great place

The breakfast buffet was nice. I was hoping for more fruit varieties, but overall it was good. The hotel was kept clean, safe, and welcoming. Everyone is helpful and attentive. I found out it's more of a family hotel in a sense. Which is pretty good.

Beachfront. Trainees and staff were all courteous. Clean, big room. They have an in-house spa, 2 swimming pools. The hotel provides air drying of swimwear. Good selection of food at breakfast.

The posting on booking.com app does not make it clear that the basic rooms are internal and do not have a window. The photos give the appearance of the room having a window this is clearly misrepresentation. Fortunatley the hotel resolved this issue to our satisfaction

I really like the accommodation, super customer service and excellent service on trasport service, i were alone in the ferry trasport and was treated more than excellent ,the room were located in quiet part as i was requested. The front desk and coffee shop never had small change so we had to use our card for very small transactions which cost us more at the end.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was nice, the gym and pools were great, and the location was sublime! Right in front of the beach near many restaurants. The transfer was awesome, they took care of everything, and all we had to do was follow. We were treated like royalty!

i just didn’t like the offer for buffet for dinner in exchange for a 45-minute presentation of a product offered to guests. It was in a way misleading to us the guests.
