- To have more variety of food options. Breakfast and dinner options were limited. The food is good, however, I would recommend to have more food options specifically for vegan people and persons with allergies. I’m allergic to seafood and felt my food options were limited specially we stayed for 4 days.

Our target was to relax and chill out and the resort was the right place to do so. It is one hour and a half away from puerto Princesa airport, so we requested for transportation roundtrip which they provided to us. The location is great, isolated with a nice private beachfront with sun-beds and umbrellas which we enjoyed during the day. The resort has a big pool in the middle and our room was a pool front which was amazing. The gym was nice and we tried some spa treatments and massages and they were very good and staff are very professional and well trained. The hotel is brand new; they opened on December 2023. The rooms are clean and well maintained. It is worth mentioning that The day manager Mr. Aaron made our stay beyond the expectation. He gave us so many suggestions for trips and recommendations to enjoy Palawan. He should be appreciated for all the efforts he is doing. He treats the guests elegantly and make their stay special. He is the right person in the right place. He also understands the culture of the guests and how to treat them properly. Thank you Mr. Aaron; we are glad that we met you. He arranged for us the underground river trip and a trip to elnido where we did hop on hop off islands and it was nice. The resort staff are well trained, we would like to appreciate all their efforts and thank them for what they do.

Amazing and very friendly personnel but they need more training and experience to be able to deliver 5 star service because hotel is beautiful.There was no entertainment in the hotel at all and it can be boring especially in the evening and also nothing around the hotel so you would expect some kind of entertainment.

Brand new hotel, everything perfectly arranged, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts for every individual's taste. Location next to an extremely beautiful beach, helpful staff at every step. The reception staff can arrange day trips such as visiting the underground river or mangrove trees.

Superbly located by the beach with a very large pool. The pace was relaxed even when busy. The staff are superb throughout providing excellent service with just that right blend of familiarity and respect. A highly memorably break in a beautiful setting.

Looking forward there's more food choices. Another thing is, we booked shuttle service, sometimes we felt that our car followed the car in front of us was too close, which we felt a little bit worried, but the driver's driving skill is fine.

Since it's still a new hotel, the food choices were not much enough, hopefully it could have more choices or at least open for one more restaurant. The beach is clean and not crowded, the pool is good and clean with a pool bar. All the employees doing great job, from the manager to the front desk and even the housekeeping were fluent in English. Especially, the staffs in kid's club, they're so friendly to the children with some good activities to do together.

The staff were the standout while we stayed. The service and attention was best in class. It was so good we stayed another night. Special mentioned to Jean and Marven who went out of their way each time they served us to make sure our stay was outstanding.

The four points opened in December 2023 so the facility was in amazing condition. Brand new.

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. I rate the staff highly. Polite and helpful. I highly appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, the pool and the beach. Beautiful, wide hotel beach, with beds and umbrellas. When the wind blows, shade can be found under the palm trees. The choice of dishes in the restaurant (lunch and dinner) is sufficient. Paid restaurant. We tried almost everything. Pizza, considering the distance from Italy - excellent. Other dishes are also tasty. Breakfast with a huge selection of dishes, including Far Eastern, European and American cuisine. The hotel has been operating for a short time. You can see that there will be additional restaurants. This one was enough for us. Organizing a trip to Undergound River was very efficient. To sum up, I will be happy to recommend this hotel to my friends who will be going to Palavan. Leszek

Things did not run smooth because the hotel had recently just opened. Which is totally fine. There was a problem with our room and we had to wait for 1,5 hours and we were just super tired from our trip (+ 2 little kids). The staff at the restaurant was also really nice but they often where overwhelmed and mostly forgotten something from the things we’ve asked for. Either because of missing structure in their work or there were to nervous and afraid to make a mistakes.

It was very clean and sabang beach is still a really nice and quiet beach. The stuff was super friendly.

In my opinion due to high standards of the hotel, such amendments as a kayak or paddle board shall be free of charge for guests.

One restaurant was not fully open yet, restaurant staff is not fully trained yet so the whole property isn’t living up to expectations yet; no one can assist you regarding transport - it all seems a little improvised still;

The restaurant food was really poor.Which was a shame as it really let's down the hotel Breakfast was good. I would give it 8 out of 10 for breakfast but the dinner service was very slow and then the food is substandard and expensive

The location is amazing. Its very peaceful and out the way Basic but good gym Rooms are modern but a little small. Internet is poor but that is common in Palawan Spa was very very good. Best part of the hotel
