Shame they did not provide any breakfast or even a small sari sari to purchase provisions. They asked for high deposit for room. 2500 peso. Location is not ideal especially as taxi/grab do not work late and jeepneys finish 8.30pm. Have some stocks in your room!

We stayed there a bit too early on, so their dining space and garden and patio isn't ready yet. So we had to go out in search of breakfast. I think this might change in the coming months as I did see a beautiful dining area coming up on the higher floor. The basement rooms also took us by surprise. The windows open up to a wall unfortunately , so there’s no view of the beautiful mountains. The rooms themselves are extremely comfortable and spacious, so there isn’t a claustrophobic feeling. Please request for one of the higher rooms when booking, so you have a view of the mountain and not a wall!

The location of this place is perfect. Fairly quiet street, ample parking space. The rooms were spacious, cozy and comfortable. The staff was also lovely, ready to help with any request (I had requested for a room on a higher level if possible, which they did give me the option for the next day).

Perfect location to enjoy the cool Baguio weather away from the usual Baguio tourist crowd. The operations manager was very accommodating and helpful.

The location is quite far from the center; no taxis can be seen traversing the area. It is not suitable for travelers who do not have their own car with them.

The place is clean since it is relatively new, and we can still smell the fresh paint inside our room. Staff are very accommodating and helpful.

For now, one thing I probably didn’t like was that their restaurant was still closed and we have to order food via grab.

Even though the location was a bit far, I like it. It was far from the busy city and the ambience was really relaxing.

Cons: - Hotel lobby and aisleway smells bad - Rooms and restroom smell like SEWAGE! AWFUL SMELLING ROOMS! - Overpriced with minimal amenities, not even a hairdryer in the restroom - Inverted cold and hot water (cold = hot, hot = cold) - No laundry service - No breakfast (overpriced and all you get is a room) - Watch out when youre opening the terrace doors! Me and my partner both broke our fingernails! - Small beds, me and my partners legs hanging off They sell rooms even if they are fully booked. Be prepared to have a parking lot room which you cant even enter unless the staff let you in, that room also smells the worst!

Cold showers, leaking wall, very poor internet connection even with mobile data, no grab delivery willing to deliver, not sound proof, your can hear guest walking and talking from your own room

Its BRAND NEW! We love the rooms and the beddings. The toilets have bathtub with rainshower. The water pressure and hot water is working fine. The staff are very welcoming and eager to please. They are on soft opening and everyone seem excited and nervous at the same time but they did very well and we have truly enjoyed our stay. Their restaurant is still closed but there are a lot of dining options in Baguio so its not a problem at all for us. Definitely coming back. Two thumbs up to the wonderful staff specially Dianne and Ron.

It is not open for business and still under construction.

The hotel is still under construction. No water pressure. The cafeteria is still under construction and you cannot have access to the seating area. The courtyard is not open. Again, this hotel is not operational. They steal money from accepting bookings and do not give refunds. Do not stay here!!!
