Our shower was plugged whenever we would shower and we would have to take a quick shower in order for the plugged up water to not flood into the bedroom!

- it is noisy. if you seek active nightlife it’s great. if you wanna get some sleep in, there might be other options more suitable for you

- located bang in the center - expect some noice as most of el Nido nightlife is right around the corner - breakfast was not too bad - in line with other hotels in the price category - staff are super lovely - we had a deluxe room which gives you enough space and daylight. Not sure about the other “standard rooms”

The ac wasn't quite working well in the room. The breakfast options were limited too specially for vegetarians. Basic amenities like dental kits could've been great as well . We'd forgotten to bring toothpaste and when we asked for it they said it wasn't available.

The location is prime, heart of the action and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are done up aesthetically and is very very centrally located.

A lack of shelfs or clothet to unpach or store the luggage. But it is still ok. Not a major issue.

Great impression overall. Looks very stylish. Personnel all are very helpful. Gave us great suggestions and tips. Breakfast is great. Served to the room. Location is absolutely perfect. Hard to imagine better one actually. So 10 out of 10 here. We stayed in 2 different rooms. The one with the bathtub is amazing. Has a shower on the terrase. The second one with the swing is good as well, but we liked more the layout of the room with bathtub.

The only complaint is the pressure of the shower is poor. Other than that, can't fault it. There is plenty of hot water.

For the price and location this is a good place to stay. Lots of restaurants on your doorstep, and the beach is one street away from where most of the boat tours leave from. Considering how noisy the town is, the room is pretty quiet. Finally the staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful. WiFi is decent too.

There were a couple of times where there was no hot water from the shower and it wasn’t pleasant. Brought this up with management and they were thankful we brought it up so they could fix it.

Staff are very helpful and welcoming. We had a long trip as we travelled via Puerto Princesa and they were very swift in checking us in so we could get into our rooms as quickly as possible. I greatly appreciate this as my dad is a PWD and he was extremely tired. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Good variety of choices for breakfast and everything was delicious. Location is perfect for someone who wants to be in the centre of restaurants, atms, grocery stores and the beach (No one swims there though, just a nice view and used as a port for tour boats). You can hear music from a nearby bar but nothing that runs too late.

We were there for 3 nights, and there was not even a single visit from Housekeeping. That something quite basic that we have got in other more cost effective hotels in the country. The bamboo of the bathroom extractor was completely covered in mould. Really disgusting!!! The main issue with the place is that is not really well insulated, so you not only wake up as soon as it start drizzling but also the music from the nearby places will keep you up all night. On a final note, the lighting is quite terrible. If you are planning to make up or shave, please bring a torch!!!!

Just two mins ago of the main Street and beach where all the tours start. Design wise, it is well thought; and pictures show exactly how it is. Breakfast was quite good; although the only abundant one is the Filipino option. The other ones are quite shy (Although tasty).

The hotel is located in the middle of everything. The decoration was really nice and you could sense they made an effort. But above all, the staff was the best. They were very attentive and always quick to resolve everything. Also, they bring you breakfast to the room everyday!

fork and spoon are never in pairs too big spoon and then normal size fork with different design, they dont have iron for clothes, blanket was torn. Not that worth it for the price.

Be aware there are a lot of stairs (steep) to get to the rooms, and then more stairs in the room to get to the bed.

The shower can be improved as, during our stay, not all holes in it were pouring out water and the water temperature was a bit tricky to control because it mostly poured hot water

Love the interior design of the room and the accommodation of our early breakfast request. Also appreciate the early check-in accomodation. Miss Fritz is also very hospitable and friendly and even accompanied us to a nearby crepe shop when we were looking for a place to eat. Location is very convenient as the beach is just a stone throw away from it and is located in the heart of the town making restaurants and stores very accessible.
