You have to go outside the room to change your mind . I wouldn’t class them “Mini Suites” . The smallest room I have ever stayed in. Really tight squeeze . Was fine as we only stayed 2 nights as a stop off for our next location would consider staying else where if I was to visit again .

Need to ask what I didn't like. When I booked the room i was advertised probably I will pay 1000 pesos deposit. When I arrived there staff from desk they told me I need to pay depozit 2000 pesos. .this is scam.

I will tell you what I didn't like. No wardrobe and some table on the room. But was expensive allot

There was nothing in the room like a cattle or a small stove or anything you could have Made yourself something. Only a vent but we didn’t understand for what.

It’s a good vanlue for money, food places in the near and it was easy to get there with Grab/Taxi. Friendly and helpful stuff, asked us more then once to clean our room and we even got new towls.

The staff were so dull and not attentive.. Since the hair dryer was not available or taken away from my room, I was waiting for it to be available until my checkout. I didn’t feel the effort they extended for my request even for the tablet and chair which I badly needed. They can’t even give you one hour of extension for late checkout.

Bad customer service. During the stay the batteries from the door lock got empty, went 6 times at the front desk to report and was not able to get in my room for 2 hours. It take them 2 min to replace them. Also checking out process was so slow, from the moment i return the key, till they return my deposit it take them 35 min. Just wasting time.

Next to my room are quite noisy in the middle Of the night they had a party and very noisy we couldn’t sleep very well as I have flight for the next day.

Staff are really friendly specially when i checking in specially the lady who serves me she is very lovey.

The hotel needs more receptionist, you will take probably more than 30 minutes just before you can check in. There is only one receptionist commonly assisting the customers so make sure to bring a lot of patience. Also, the aircon in the room that was assigned to us was not functioning properly, we complained it to an engineer for about 3 times and he told us that there's nothing wrong with it. So, in case for future booking, please be wary with the rooms ending in 18 because mostly of the rooms were the one exposed to sunlight and if you experienced some issues with the room make sure to request for a room transfer to avoid any inconvenience during your stay.

Not sound proof enough Staff were not really that friendly Check out time was a bit troublesome .. It took me more than 15 minute just to check out... not only me ... other people as well as the queue for people to check out were too many ...(so heads up for those who are rushing to check out ... will need to plan ahead)

I was looking for water heater that it is not available and i was wondering why the room room wasn’t clean even though i place the sign outside the door and i was out for a couple of hours and the towel specifically the bath towel has an unpleasant smell.
