the services were miserably bad, i had complained the VERY HIGH ROOM TEMP control at least twenty times in three days stay but no one resolve the issue. then after shouting at the manager, he offered to provide a third class plastic fan to be used. afterward the room was changed but again the new room was having several issues like no hand-shower in washroom and no door lock at washroom door. the house keeping services was very poor. at the end i had another issue at the front desk , my extra Rs.10,000 paid had a refundable amount of 9500 which was supposed to be refunded in cash, but Mr Moiz the front desk officer refused to paid back in cash and told that it will be refunded into my bank/debit card account within a few days , even for this confirmation he said that he will spontaneously email me but even after 24 hours neither the email done nor the refund which is all against the norms.

Best Hotel in Town in this price. AC was Great and Room was clean and bed was comfy. Break fast buffet was good also with variety of dishes. Overall a great experience and will stay here in future and recommend to friends also.

The staff was not very attentive, they were ignorant mostly, they’d keep stalling you especially the people at the reception and house keeping.

when we checked in, we had to request to replace pillow cover and bed sheets, as these were used, there were hairs seen on the pillow covers,

the poorest security ever, they have stolen 700$ from the safe box, i complained to the manager but no one tried to help me or something, for 5 start hotel like this it is so shameful if something like this happened! for everyone who is reading this message if you have plan to stay in this hotel please be careful about your staff!

Washrooms are small ans smelly. I changed plan from two day to one day and they didnot refund me money breakfast is as in normal hotels and dinner menu is so small wifi disconnects in calling after every 2 min. Bed sheets were dirty have spots on it

It was very hard to get information about alcohol consumption. The store is a part of the hotel, although technically maybe a separate entity. I finally, after 2 stays and 7 inquiries, cracked the code. Go to the store before 6pm and bring your choice to the hotel. Of course, consume considerably.

Excellent service was always provided by staff. From front desk to room service every member of staff was always attentive and keen to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. The food was varied and of a good quality.

Stayed in executive room. Unable to switch bathroom lights off or fully close door due to poor design. No ambience in the hotel pretty much silent with various customers on their phones. One cafe which served burgers/pizza etc and another buffet restaurant. No issues with food. Swimming pool is small, no filter in place so didn’t swim. Also tends to be very busy with exclusively men and a few children using the pool. Not particularly welcoming for women. The executive lounge was a small room with a pleasant accommodating member of staff. However, silent room with limited snacks- samosas, chicken nuggets, few dry sandwiches and some cakes. Not worth the extra price. The location is a 20min taxi ride from popular restaurants. Next time would forgo the ‘pool’ and stay at a more central hotel with more food options.

Staff were welcoming, bed comfortable and shuttle airport service was great.

I have been to this hotel before. They have Re-done the whole place to a modern looking place. there are some hits and some misses.
