If you care, hotel is close to the airport, so you can hear the planes.

Booked late arrival, hotel reception called me to arrange it. Also restaurant managed to take the order and cook almost before closing, food was good. Room was comfortable, with air conditioner. Nice old garden. Breakfast was also good. Value for money.

I think I've said it all.

This is our favorite place to stay in Warsaw. We've stayed here a number of times since 2010. The breakfast is great with lots of variety. The dining areas are delightfully decorated and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit small with single beds but was nice and clean. We highly recommend the American House Baletowa. The location is very convenient to the airport and the city

If you are a poor sleeper you could hear noises from the airplanes landing and taking off. But it is quiet when the airport stops working.

It is my favourite place to stay when I am in Warsaw, and I am always happy with the choice. Quiet rooms, nice views to the garden regardless of the season. Very polite and attentive staff. And, of course, excellent breakfast. Beautiful decorations in the house.

I liked everything but If i could change one thing that would be Music in a restaurant… sometimes it was a bit too loud (during lunch)

I have to say a big Thank you to all persons working in this hotel. Literally everyone was very, very kind and really caring. I was asked by so many persons if i need anything, if my room is good. Lady in a reception is so lovely and friendly. She helped me take my (heavy) luggage up the stairs. She allowed for a bit longer stay at my room on a check out day. And was super helpful with many small things. Food in the restaurant is absolutely above any expectations.

Really nice place to stay. Excellent breakfast and amazing garden. The room was decent, clean with big beds. Rooms has air conditioning systems. The restaurant food was exceptional. For 20 euros (95zl) we got a dinner for 2, included drinks (wine & beer). Would definitely stay 2nd time. Thanks

I don't have a single bad word! Very good soundproofing in the rooms. Although close to the airport and a busy street, it did not interfere with sleeping. An excellent place for relaxation!

Convenient location. Private parking. A very beautiful garden. It is possible to eat and enjoy the view. Fantastic cuisine with a wide selection and excellent quality. Great breakfast.

The airport is nearby and you can hear it well, especially if you want to open the window. However, this did not prevent us from enjoying the beautiful place.

Very tasty breakfast and had a wide choice. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Parking is available and included in the price. Very kind woman at the reception. We really enjoyed our stay here, would definitely recommend
