*The bed was not comfortable. *The room was cold with no heating (when I told this to the staff, they were helpful they gave me some small machine for heating, but it didn't make much difference and made a lot of noise). *The single room does not have access to a the shared kitchen, which is not mentioned on their website. *So for the price? too expensive! a hostel would have been cheaper and better value for money.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, hot water & good water pressure.

I wish I could've had a double bed, but not too upset by it. Same with my bathroom. Only shared with one person and never even saw them, but I just like the comfort of my own bathroom.

As someone who usually stays in a hostel, it was so nice to have my own room! I liked the location, as it was just on the edge of the Old Town.

The location is all the value for the money. Perfectly situated a bit from the down in short walking distance. Ease of use and problem free. Beds are not perfect and room a bit tight but all in all absolutely nothing to complain about.

Amazing location right outside the old town and near the tram lines. Convenience store is right next door. The room was modest, but quiet and clean. It worked perfectly for me. Not a 5 star hotel, but a fantastic value.

The 'reception' seems to be someone's home so you cannot go and use the bathroom after having checked out as you would be able to with normal hotels.

Great location to explore the old town Krakow - only a short walk to the main square and most attractions, and short team/bus rides to others. A basic and clean bedroom with a kitchenettes and a bathroom shared with another guest in an adjacent room.

The floor of the lobby is super noisy so when people enter you hear clearly, for this reason a small kitchen there is not a great idea, both for people that use it at 6:00 in the morning (thank you) and also for the lovely the smell of food (no windows).

Good location just 7/8 minutes walking for the city center, good price, nice owner.

Room was facing inner courtyard where people smoked so the smoke came into the room which was unpleasant.

The doors are loud when shutting. There is a courtyard where people sit out at night talking and smoking, drinking. So if you are a light sleeper it could get annoying and tiring.

The location is good. Near the station short walk to old town. Everything you need from a cheap and cheerful hotel room.

The floor in the hall was uneven and creaked loudly every time someone went to the bathroom.

The location was great, as you could reach the city center within ten minutes of walking. The room was clean. Each room had it's own mini fridge, and there were dishes with a cooker and pan to create your own meals.

WiFi wasn't great, I ended up using data on my phone instead, but the connection might be better in other rooms. The beds weren't super comfy but you can't complain for the price.

Great location, less than a 10 minute walk to the centre and just down the road from the trams. Staff were very nice and helpful. The bathroom was only shared with one other room so never had any problems with it being occupied when I needed to use it. There's a microwave and kettle outside the room which was useful. Overall great value for money and I'd definitely stay here again.

Beds could be softer. There was no one to leave key when I rushed to the airport. Could be microwave I the room or little stove for extra comfort.

Excellent localised, quiet, friendly surroundings. Friendly staff good for family stay. Walking distance everywhere, Christmasmarket was amazing.
