We got a twin bed instead of a double bed.

Excellent location. In the heart of Krakow. Railway Station is walkable. Main Square is close too.

The only thing weird about the hotel was the placement of the tv. The beds were facing one way and the tv was mounted high up on the wall to the left, so it made watching tv awkward but thats okay, it wasnt a crippling issue

The hotel staff were friendly and the place was very clean and a good distance from the city center. We had to move hotels due to issues at the hotel and they put us in the higher end hotel they own which was really nice.

We found Yarden hotel easy, but got sent to another building across the street, with the difficult explanation how to get to our room (it was not in the hotel itself, but seemed like small apartment in the building). We asked for 2 separate beds twice but still got the joined bed. Strange interior, everything felt really old Overall - not worth it's money. But okay for one night

Atelier Aparthotel was closed, so we were dislocated to the Yarden Aparthotel. The room in Yarden Aparthotel was big, great showers, kettle, tea, coffee. About 10 minutes to the centre of the city and 10min to the train station Clean, enough towels

I booked Atelier aparthotel for my mom who is an elderly person, because it was close to the bus station. But on the next day they sent me a message that this hotel is temporary closed and they will relocate her to other hotel of their chain. My question why you have hotel which is not working right now displayed on the booking was ignored. This is basically a scam, as they are offering the service which cannot provide

I never checked into this hotel, because, despite the fact that the room was paid for 4 days before arrival and the check-in and check-out times were confirmed in less than a day, it turned out that the hotel was closed. I did not receive any notification about this and I found out about it only at the airport, writing a message to the hotel that I would be with them in an hour. I received a message that we have closed the hotel and instead we are ready to provide you with another one. Or refuse, and do not pay anything (my hotel room was already paid for). The hotel did not respond to any of my messages! The hotel I was offered had no internet instead.

The reservation was changed to another hotel of the same group. The new hotel's location fitted my needs so I agreed. In the second hotel I got a room on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order. The room was very small. Beds approximately 40 cm apart and a slanted wall directly over one of them. Luckily it was a one day business trip so not a big problem.

Tasty breakfast with large selection of food and decent selection of drinks. Nice and helpful staff. I actually got a room in another hotel (Yarden) which was located pretty close to the market square.

The surrounding of a hotel I was directed to (Yarden) was very, very noisy. Had quite a trouble with sleeping there. No AC was also quite a challenge in the temperature of 30+.

Once the reservation was made, it turned out the hotel is closed and I was offered a stay in another hotel of the same group immediately. The customer service was exceptional both via email and when I arrived.
