    I work as a General Manager for a 58 bedroom hotel in the UK, so I hate having to leave poor reviews to accommodation providers, however, the lack of communication with the hosts is a serious problem! Impossible to speak to the hosts in person. Washing machine broken. Not good value for money and certainly not luxury.

    Horrendous check in experience and not worth the money. The contact number doesn’t work, and they are slow to respond to text and email. Even though we were able to get into the parking garage, the part they leave out is that you should park in the street in order to get to your apartment and retrieve the keycard that you will need in order to navigate the labyrinth of doors to get from your apartment to the parking garage and back again. BTW the parking space for this apartment is in a completely different part of the garage and the keycard only operates a very specific set of doors. This is of course if the garage keycard is even where it belongs when you check in; in our case the keycard was missing which effectively meant we couldn’t go back to our car in the garage without some issues. You would think the management company would want to resolve this quickly but alas they waited until later the next day (after numerous messages were sent). We ordered and paid for breakfast that was supposed to be delivered the next morning of our stay, it never arrived, and they never answered our requests as to why it didn’t arrive. There is one small trashcan for the entire apartment (bear in mind there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms, so I am not sure what the thought was with that). There was no laundry detergent for washing clothes (I don’t expect there to be a huge amount available but for what they charge per night a little detergent would be appreciated). The Living Room TV wasn’t functional and after a few messages and a day later they said someone would be by to fix the Living Room TV and drop off our keycard. Alas the keycard was there but TV still wasn’t functional. I took it upon myself to fix the TV and located the loose power plug. The Main TV is now functional so future guests can enjoy it. Let’s talk about air conditioning, it’s a three-bedroom apartment but one of the bedrooms has no air conditioning. This is the limit of what I can review.

    Overall, the building itself was nice and we felt safe there and the apartment could have been great, please read what I didn't like to understand why you might want to keep looking for someplace else to stay.
