You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Polandall good but would like to have more choices for food. I tried to choose food for a 2-year-old child and it was difficult. Because both food is fried, or spicy, or very salty, even for an adult.
Everything is nice and clean in the room. The hotel has a bed for a child and a potty. There is a supermarket nearby, which is important in this city.

GermanyThere are always small things, but that would be whining at a high level.
It was a very pleasant stay. We found the hotel easily and a parking space right away. Although the location is on the main street, it was very quiet. There is a grocery store next door and easy access to the beach. The staff was very friendly and all spoke German quite well. The room was very bright, pleasant, spacious and well equipped. We slept very well in the beds. We didn't need the TV as there were board games to borrow and the WiFi was good. The roof terrace with a view of Lake Jamno was also very nice. Breakfast was poetry - really good! The wellness area was very clean, well-kept and the massage was very good. We will recommend it and will probably come back.

Exceptional staff!!! This is what you call a proper service with a smile 😃 All the staff of the hotel, from cleaning to waiting services, were wonderful and helpful. They met all our request including first aid with eagerness! The staff was fluent in 3 languages-Polish/German/English. The hotel was immaculate and the food was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was a great experience to co come back, after the terrible time of pandemia again, I have to admit very nice girls at reception and restaurant. They are really nice. This is a magic place.

PolandThe bar nearby is LOUD. Bass vibrations were felt in the room! I was waked up after a couple of hours of sleep due to the loud music and some screams of drunks in the street. At the reception I was told that the bar was loud until 2 am. It's really sad to leave not 10/10 review for a really good hotel, and it's a pity that the hotel cannot do anything with the bar, but I really wish to have calm nights during my vacation :(
The hotel is managed with a lot of love. Room, SPA and food are really perfect and exceed expectations.
