The breakfast was basic and repetitive The hotel room was warm and cosy at first but woke up very early very cold. I think the heating was controlled by the hotel. The duvet was thin which didn’t help.

The hotel across the street was weirdly close to ours, and the view was blocked because of it. Also, weirdly close to a hostel (neighbour building.) The hallway lights went off very fast, and there's no other light source, no windows or anything in the hallway lol

Excellent location - yards from the river and the fish market, a couple of minutes from the WW2 Museum. Spotless room - not enormous, but big enough, with double aspect windows Helpful staff, who were very kind about looking after our luggage when we checked-out Breakfast - not a massive hot selection, but lots of choice overall and it was included

The member of staff who checked us in was very unfriendly which made for a very bad first impression. The shower cabinet doors kept falling off.

The arrival day at check in desk working lady wasn’t the nicest person, also there is not a lot of choices of breakfast options and one thing that confused us, was the check out time, because in the check in desk there are two adverts, one telling its 11 and the other that it is 12.

Location was perfect, near the main street, train and bus stations were walking range, room was spotless and really comfortable, breakfast were nice. Also really nice feature, that you can leave your bags at the hotel if you arrived sooner than cheek in hours. Most of the staff members were really nice.

Towels are changed only once every three days. If you make a request to change the towels ať your own decision, upon departure surprisingly you will have to pay 12 euros for every 2 extra clean towels. In the bathroom, there is no place to let 2 towels dry efficiently, and moreover, from the small shower tray, even if you try, water leaks out. So you use another towel to avoid walking on a wet floor.

Very good hotel location in the city center. Very pleasant staff and excellent breakfast, always quickly refilled.

The floor of the room and the headboard of the bed should really be made of another material, not the most hygienic as it is right now.

They use a weird key card system where the key cards have the hotel name and the room number on them, which I find defeats the purpose and is not very safe (if you lose your card, the finder might march right in to your room). The shower kit is a bit on the cheap side and could do with an upgrade. They only have tea on the room, and no coffee. I feel it would be a quick win to put some coffee with the kettle.

It is a very well located hotel, close to the old town and the river. It has good Wi-Fi. They serve a great breakfast with a wide variety of delis and beautifully presented. The beds are ok albeit quite (too?) soft. The bathroom was a good size. There is a TV nicely located, but be aware Polish channels only.
