We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We generally like to stay at the Gromada that's why we chose it again and while some things have been updated since our last stay, there is still plenty of space for more improvement!

The hotel derives from 1980s and has clearly seen itse best days. Some may call it outdated, I consider it personal. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with lots of variety, especially vegetables.

Best location in Piła near parks shopping and great restaurants. The hotel is a little old and strange but it’s a great deal and charming in its weird way. Also, the breakfast is awesome.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city, close to the railway station, though, very easy to find. The room at the 11th floor was clean and cosy. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Also the other meals can be served at the inner restaurant at a fair price.
