Directions to car park (under the hotel) were poor - hotel claimed it was clearly signposted but it really needs some precise instructions.

My flight arrived early in the morning and I was in the hotel at 8 am. They didn't provide me room and asked to wait till 3 pm. During my conversation with reception, almost 10 guests checked out, but reception continued to say that they have no available room.

The only point I want to mention is that we had problems with the key to the room and had to go the reception several times to fix it. the key stopped working and we could not come to the room.

Great place to stay, almost in the heart of the city, very big and cozy bed, a really huge bathroom, and all the needed facilities. A huge plus is the place for small kids to play in the lobby.

Location is about 10/15 minute walk to the old town. Hard to get taxis as the road is very busy.

The location is a little far from the city center but still easy to reach in 15-20 minutes. They charged 50 zloty for early check-in, which is not too much but could be free as a courtesy.

The hotel has all the minimum requirements: clean, easy access and well known brand. There are tram and bus stop nearby the hotel. Warsaw is bike-friendly city and there are bike stations everywhere, one of them is next to the hotel. The hotel locates 1.5 km away from the Old Town Square. You can either walk or ride a bike for free (first 20 minutes for free). Never tried the breakfast but there are many options including market and cafes nearby.

Hotel is not new and that's visible when looking at inside interior.

We had a business trip and stayed in the hotel as next morning we had business meetings in the office at the building round the corner, so location was most important for us. With rest - nothing special, economic class hotel with basic amenities, basic breakfast. In evening had a dinner that was served in the same breakfast place, limited menu, but food was ok and not expensive.
