Hot tub spa was closed due to maintaince. The breakfast nothing to brag about. Some recreated dishes from the evening menu.

The breakfast facilities could have been better organised, coffee machine kept running out and the food was a little cramped in a corner. But it was tasty and had everything to offer.

Our room very odd shape. No bedside table on one side as too near the wall. Desk light didn’t work. Staff at reception not that helpful as no milk.

The part of the spa that was not promoted more, was the massage part, as a guest in the hotel you don't get a discount or something for that experience. Also there were some problems with the TV and air-condition when we stayed there, one was talked many times to the reception and they did not send anyone until the 3rd time. Also the room supposed to be Twin Deluxe Bed and there were no more rooms available at the time and they could no change it.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful always. The jacuzzi and spa area it's awesome, you can juts chill for a couple of hours there. The connection with the restaurant makes that the room service it's in fact extra good. The food was so tasty and the amount of food during the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Breakfast in hotel restaurant was little bit disappointment. Servings wasn’t so fresh. Many dishes were run out many times. And the Spa area.. if you can call it even spa. One too hot jacuzzi and one steam sauna..

Hotel location in lively street in Old Town was perfect. Nice restaurants and cafees nearby. Hotel room was clean and quite new. Extra points for 24/7 reception.

Our room was quite compact and there are little bits that could be refurbished/ made more comfortable. Not a lot of wardrobe space/ no drawers or cupboards for clothes. But no real complaints for a 3 night trip.

Very good location, clean and had all basic facilities needed. Decent for a weekend away. Glad we had air conditioning as the room got very warm.

We did not get any new sheets after 5 nights . We always had to ask for toiletpaper, soap and kleenex refill. The breakfast was so so and too expensive. Too much water on the bathroom floor after shower

Best location when visiting this beautiful city. There are multiple restaurants, cafes and stores around this place. The main squae is just 2 min away walking-distance. The hotel is very nice and clean

In room 305 there needs to be blackout blinds as the light shines in from about 5am. There also needs to be some sort of noise reducing (double glassed windows) as the noise of the traffic at night is loud. Also you cannot lock the door from the inside. The restaurant was rather busy for breakfast on our first morning (Thursday) there was no bread for toast they had ran out, and the coffee had ran out.

My room had some sort of bug attraction. It might have been the light outside the room on the building which they tend to migrate around. I had the windows closed and they are double glazed but would return to a swarm either hanging out on the roof or on the window sill. I asked them to clean up ones that had died on window sill which they did very quickly, but they only just returned. Hotel needs to invest in some bug spray and leave this in the room for future guests.

Perfect distance from the old town/new old town, bus to palace and bus to the airport. Room was good size and shower was perfect especially for those of us who need room to wash curly hair!

There was a smell of cooking/food (fried stuff, garlic) coming into our room constantly. The saunas were not working when I went to the spa and there was nobody around to ask about it.

The location is great, right in the Old Town. Staff was very friendly.

The shower stall was higher than the bathroom floor and all the water was pouring out and filling all the floor… Everybody writes about the smell of Asian cuisine - yes, it’s true 🙌

-> The hotel has a "spa" but it does not have a warm pool as it claims, very misleading. The spa actually contains small hot tub and sauna room (3-4 people capacity). > I’ve waited 15mins for massage which got cancelled in the end, as the receptionist overbooked… (These things happen, but I was very disappointed). -> Communication was a little tough (in Polish language), but the staff tried their best and ultimately helped a lot, they were nice and respectful.

-> Amazing location in the stunning old town centre. -> Stylish and clean room, with all necessary facilities. -> Felt very safe (travelled solo).
