We loved the property. Perfect location, amazing, immaculate room. Maria the receptionist was lovely and friendly and gave us all the information we needed. We would definitely stay here if we visited Wroclaw again.

The mattress was really soft, if you're after a comfortable bed with back support, this isn't ideal. Only one outlet on one side of the bed in a double room is completely insufficient these days, when all of us have multiple devices that require charging over night.

According our feelings the mattresses were a little bit too soft. But this is very individual! And we missed a kittchen towel and rag or sponge for the case you use plates, cups or cutlery. For people they arrive by car a detailed description for the last 2 kilometers could be useful. The very last part of the trip is usualy the most tricky one. Navigation fooled us.

First: Thanks to the staff! They give you a warm welcome and are friendly and helpful. You feel immediately secure. The man responsible for breakfast is very attentive, service and food excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated. Short ways to very good restaurants, to the city center, to TRAM stops, to the opera house and to the "Narodowe Forum Muzyki" - one of the largest concert halls in Europe with unique acoustics! With good luck you get even a parking slot on the court yard of the hotel, unfortunately not free but cheaper than others. The rooms are well equipped even with kittchen facilities. And Wroclaw is anyway worth to be seen.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property as such. Reception is only open till 6pm if I was to pick something.

Modern apartment/hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Ample amounts of space. Nothing bad to say about the rooms, nice big windows, with floor to ceiling curtains. Just gives a sense of elegance about the place. Although rated a 3*, I personally think it’s definitely at a 4* standard. Staff were friendly and met to our needs of late check in and requiring an iron/board etc. They also accommodated keeping our bags safe on check out as we carried on exploring the city before our evening flight. The hotel is very clean throughout, with the restaurant at the lower level. Cute little restaurant with the Italian feel. Breakfast was included in our stay and was great value for money. Hotel and rooms are all accessed through codes entered into a reader at the door so no keys required to be carried throughout your stay.

If your room faces the park and main street, you will hear trams till late at night and from very early in the morning.

Very nice aparthotel in the center of Wroclaw. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Central location, walking distance from Old Town. They have a lot of parking space if you travel by car. And there is an underground parking with many electric vehicle charging stations nearby.

The room was spacious, had everything you need even for a longer stay, and so comfortable. The location was great, about a ten minute walk from the market square but still surrounded by lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Would definitely reccomend.
