Great location - easy and quick to get to anywhere in the old town. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The reception team were great - helping is to book things, make recommendations for restaurants, etc .

There was a bit of a smell from the drains in our room..there wasn't in our daughter's room though.

The location was perfect. Near the castle, easy walking distance to the square and next door to a great illusion museum! Very good value. Comfy beds. Staff were very friendly.

Convenient for the price. The restaurant across the entrance is amazing. If you want to visit Auschwitz, the bus stop for the shuttle is literally 5 metres from the entrance. The restaurants around the corner are very diverse and have high quality. Compared to Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Spain and even the UK, it was really clean and safe.

LOCATION, cozy hotel and great hotel staff, I mean nothing to add to the previous reviews. Everything matches, I would take this hotel next time in Krkaow again.

The hotel pillows were too soft and really need to be changed. Room 12 that was….

The hotel is situated in a quiet spot in Kraków but within easy walking distance of the main square, Wawel castle and most popular places.

Since the pandemic, this hotel has gone down hill. The bathroom is not being maintained. The shower head is spraying off to the side and there is mold growing on the wall and in the grout. There is still a menu for drinks in the rooms, but no service. The night staff is kind, but couldn't answer questions. This charming hotel deserves the maintenance and love it used to receive.

We've stayed in this hotel for years. It's a perfect location, we love the classically styled rooms, the large bathroom, and the private garden area for reading and drinking coffee. The breakfast is still very good, although it has been better with eggs made to order and crispy bacon. The receptionists are kind and welcoming and the waiter kept the buffet beautifully stocked. We hope to return and see Hotel Maltańska in it's glory again.

Only minus was the internal phone system was not working so I could not get early morning wake up calls but the receptionist banged on my door on time instead! No convenience store closeby.

Lovely little old palace by the park. Could do with some updating but if you like to be surrounded by Krakow historically it is perfect. Staff lovely and friendly. Big bedroom and bathroom. Plumbing all working fine. There is no restaurant in the hotel but the lovely Biala Roza is just across the carpark. Just 5 minutes across the park to the old town and castle.

The only thing that i didn't like was that the room was smaller than i expected.

My single room (#11) was very small, however the bathroom was large and lovely. The windows were high so that i could not see the ground below, however there was a beautiful tree outside that i was able see. Very good location, walking distance to everything of interest, quiet. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was the same everyday--a good selection of breads, yogurt, juice, fruit, cereal, eggs, meat, cheese, tomatoes/vegetables, plus lots of choices of coffee and tea.

Thought maybe some sweetie type buns at breakfast would have been nice. Taxi from airport was approx £25, the return journey was approx £8 as we used Bolt...

Superb location approx 5 minutes from Wawel castle, large room, lovely shower and comfy bed, coffee to go was very useful, nice sitting out area outside our room, extra pillows were in our room as requested, typical Polish hotel next to the park and Martin the manager was so helpful, couldnt have done more for us...

Google direction for driving to the hotel is koto accurate at the very last meter. Google directed to turn left when it should be right. I spent additional 30mins trying to get back to the hotel. Towels are rather worn out, needs replacement. Fan in the room was faulty, making so much noise.

Very friendly, helpful staff in a beautiful small hotel just in the heart of Krakow make you immediately feel welcome! The rooms are large, beautiful and elegant. Just everything was perfect. Perfect for dog-owners, since pets are welcome and the park is just on the other side of the street...
