Convenient place to spend a night, not far from the train station. There is a shared kitchen where one can cook a meal or breakfast or just use a microwave. The room and bathroom were clean.

I didn't like the noisy street and lack of workspace. Plus the kitchen and the washing machine, although listed as available, were not really available to guests.

No fuss accomodation in a more resident area, not far from the main station, clean and quiet, that's what we were after. Great for 1 night in Poznan!

Squeaky floors (also from neighboring rooms) but nothing that really bothered me. The hand soap, in the otherwise perfectly fine bathroom, could have been the soap/shampoo combo. Note for anybody with heavy luggage: 3rd floor and no elevator.

Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. A fridge in the room let me keep food and prepare meals there. Helpful staff and perfect location for going to the exhibition. Good value for money.

We had one fork, one spoon and one tea spoon - so if you're planning on having breakfast in your room before you start your day, you need to take your cutlery ;)

I liked the place. Beds and room were fine, just what you'd expect for this low price. There was a fridge, a kettle and enough space to store all your things. Bathroom was very clean. Good communication with the host, too! It is close to bus stops. There are convenience stores close to the building, and we found one 24h grocery store!

The room itself is about the width of a hallway, perhaps slightly wider. There was no A/C but most places in Poland don't have them it wouldn't be necessary most of the time and Europe is having an exceptionally warm Summer.

I was provided a nice albeit small, clean room with an adjoining private bathroom. The bed was simply a cot and the linens were clean. It came equipped with an electric fan (owing to the recent heatwave) and kettle. It also had a little table and a chair. It had two windows that opened up into a courtyard. Wifi worked well. It was also extremely inexpensive.

The rooms were way better than we expected! 😃 It’s a great place, worth visiting. The beds were very comfortable, there’s a fridge, towels, hand soap… The place isn’t too far from Dworzec Glowny, there’s a little store nearby. Tram and bus stops are also very close. Overall we had a very good experience.

1. The host (a man but I don’t know his name) is a bit rude. 2. There’s only one hairdryer for all the guests. 3. We wanted to check out earlier (at around 9am) and had our luggages stored, but the host was not present, so we didn’t feel safe to put our luggages in our unlocked room for the staff to pick up later (as he told us to do).

The room is clean. Spacious bathroom. Good water pressure.

The host could be more friendly. When we met he didn't even say "Hello". The WiFi is losing connection often that disables you from good Zoom communication. And I'm still waiting for my deposit that was frozen by host.

The location is the biggest PLUS of this property. The room I stayed in was tiny. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is very modern and very clean.

The walls are thin so it's rather a place to sleep then spend evenings in.

Reception service was spotless, the properpty was clean, with plenty of space, a large desk and comfortable chair, clean bathroom with big shower space, small frigde was a bonus! Plenty of lights and large wardrobe space in the room as well. This is great value for money, highly recommended!
