The hot water was running out after a 15’ shower and we had to wait quite some time for it to heat up again.

Everything was very nice and neat. A fully equipped and renovated room with all amenities. The heating was constantly on and the temperature in the room was ideal. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the central square of the old town.

Nothing really enjoyed the whole visit welcoming pleasant stunning buildings and never heard a crossed word or any trouble.

Apartment was very clean easy access, long way up to front door 🤦‍♂️🤣 especially after couple of drinks in the old town, most thing's and places are really central and if you do the tours (salt mines a must, Auschwitz thought provoking) easy to connect with for transport. Second visit to krakow never disappointed although it was cold this time (-18) definitely recommend

We didn't like the bed much as it was a double bed about 6 foot up above all kitchen cupboards and steps up to bed were quite dangerous

The winding steps which was 3 storey's up was quite difficult to carry luggage up and down

Very cosy, clean and comfortable apartment with little kitchen which included fridge,microwave, hob, kettle and coffee machine. Towels also provided. Great location to the old town just a road off it. Love the usb charging ports idea aswell comes in handy as not having to use sockets. Bathroom was lovely and modern and very clean. Balcony on front overlooking Kitchens from restaurants but that wasn't a problem. Great apartment if you're needing a base to sleep. Couldn't complain at all.

It would’ve just been nice to have had some shampoo provided as a hotel would, and maybe some sugar, milk, or tea alongside the coffee maker.

We stayed 1 to 3 November when nights are quite cold, but, unfortunately,there was no central heating in the apartment, the radiators were cold and we were cold as well. And, having face towels and kitchen towels would have been also handy.

Excellent location, just round the corner from Rynek Glowny, walking distance to all Krakow attractions and Krakow Glowny, clean, spacious, with good atmosphere and a bit of history , with all provisions for comfortable stay incl coffee machine in the kitchen, host was accessible via email and sms communication, kindly facilitated early check in which was very thoughtful of him and handy when travelling with the child. A big thanks to the host for that. Easy self check in.

Did not receive the key location via computer/WiFi in advance, so had to ask someone to call the owner. You must park in a parking lot, not on the street without a KR license plate, otherwise your car is booted and you are fined $25 after the City Police come and release your car.

Location is in the middle of everything, great to explore the city! The appartment itself was comfortable and hot (winter season) and had an amazing breakfast!

I did not enjoy so much the spiral stairs but they have also rooms without that stairs. Sometimes the water sounds of the neighbour was annoying, but we could sleep the same.

The lady, Kashia, is super nice. The position is perfect as it is very close to the central square. The breakfast is very good and the room was very clean and comfy. I would definetely reccomend this place! I'll miss Kashia and Dolly! Loved them. She also tried to help us to book for Aushwitz.

Spacious room, place to eat/work, right in the center of the old town, Michael and Katarzyna were very polite and kind. Assisted with keeping my luggage until I left later in the afternoon.

The room was very cold on a very cold day. Cold water was finished half way through a shower (after using it to wash hands and teeth) and had to wait 2 hours to get it fully warm again! Only 1 power socket in the room, except the ones for the bed lamps. The bed cover was a bit short, cannot cover feet and up to head, I had to use 2 in order to stay warm, good that I was alone. Bathroom was a bit narrow.

Had to pay cash, didn't accept my credit card although it worked everywhere else. Thin walls. Only 1 pack of shower gel per person for 3 nights.

The a/c did not really cool down the room that much. I felt it only was cool if standing in front of it. The neighbour, which is not part of this hotel is smoking in the building so it does smell in the stairs, but nothing inside the room. The building itself really need a layer of paint. It will go a long way since now it just looks tragic to see the building fall apart. Also no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage to the top floor.

We had stayed here before so no surprise. Good location and the room was even better this time. Big room and a shared fridge for two rooms outside the door. It was easy to contact the property since I somehow did not receive the text message with the check in information. He was kind and fast to send it though booking message instead.

This was a small cosy wood apartment under the roof with a small window in it, from where you can hear the birds and ringing from the churches. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful people. Everything is really clean and smells good. The apartment is in the center of the old town and close to everything. I enjoyed it a lot.

What isnt mentioned anywhere or by the owner is that he insisted on being paid cash which was a problem as we had no warning as the blurb said to bring your preferred payment method. There is also a VERY steep and height limited spiral staircase on the outside of the building. It is neither mentioned nor warned about anywhere either

It is a good little studio flat that is very well decorated. The bed was comfy and the facilities were good

It's hard to find , not clearly signposted. Two single beds were pushed together, one was ok, and the other was very uncomfortable.

Wonderful location , right in the heart of krakow square. Restaurants, bars so accessible.
