Host told me that check in till 8pm. My plane came later a bit, so I couldn't be in the apartment before 8pm . But actually this check in it wasn't needed because only door code was used. it was very stressful because while I was in airport on check in host wrote to me that if i cannot came till 8pm he will cancel my booking. I'm totally don't understand why host couldn't just let me know that all what i need is door code, which could be used 24/7 not only till 8pm. It was totally unacceptable from host's side to tell me that my booking could be cancel in 3 hours before arrival.

-Uncomfortable "work cafeteria" chairs -Power sockets are too few and the one in the bathroom didnt work -Rattling fan in the bathroom which was impossible to turn off -The reception (which doesnt belong to this company, there are multiple in the building) constantly smells like someone broke several bottles of parfume - to the extent I usually used the alternate "night" entrance.

-While cheap, modern and clean -Pretty good noise insulation from the outside -Friendly staff -Fridge, hotplate available

- staff, very unresponsive; - they didn't change the beddings and the towels for 3 days in a row; - i paid for a large double bed and i got an extendable sofa.

My apartment was never clean doing my stay, and I couldn't get toilet paper. The reception said that they could not help me with toilet paper and cleaning.

I didn't have breakfast because it wasn't included in my booking if I'm right.

My room was in a mess. It was not cleaned at all, messy bed with dirty sheets, bathroom was a disaster - one of the towels was literally black because previous guest have cleaned the floor with it, I guess... I think that something went wrong and they did not know that I will be staying in that room? maybe some miscommunication? :( My check-in was at 4 pm but I've got a new clean room at 6 pm, after a long day of work and travel it was not cool.

- the check-in was problematic, however we filled the registration form, the manager couldn't find it and wanted to make us fill it again at 4pm when we were already near the hotel, so it was really uncomfortable. We didn't receive room number and code in time and nobody apologized for that The system that they offer works badly -check-in/check-our hours are a bit inconvenient (check-in: 16:00; check-out: 11:00). Yes, you can see this information in the description, but it really uncomfortable. And if you want to prolong your stay for one hour or check-in one hour earlier, you’ll have to pay more that 10 euros for this hour. Still keep in mind that there is a big risk that you won't receive the check-in details in time so part time from this hour you spend to the communication with the manager. - the room wasn’t really clean. A lot of dust, the floor is dirty, and they don't provide you with slippers in the room, so forget about white socks. Linens have some spots and it's torn. The microwave didn't work properly as it doesn't contain the glass plate where you have to place the dish - The ventilation system doesn't work properly, especially in bathroom -the furniture looks poorly

The location was pretty good, 15 minutes to the city center, however half an hour to the old town. You have all necessities in the room for a few days of living.

I did not like the fact that some people repeatedly broke into the apartment, grabbed the pen and entered the wrong dinner codes, it was very alarming. They also asked for a view of the city, and they got apartments in the courtyard.

The apartments are good, there is everything for a comfortable life, and it is also a plus that it is close to the center, but there is not enough iron.

Nice apartment. There was little interruption with the check-in instructions in my case. They are not providing me with the room number and pass. By the way, during the conversation to support line, i rcvd my pass. Quickly reply. Support line cooperation is good.

You can hear the neighbours what they r doing all the night

The studio was nice. But unfortunately it’s not a studio you can rent and stay for more than 3 4 days. There was nothing you can use for cleaning. I rented the studio for 2 weeks and it was a bad decision. And it happens to me two times when i a asleep they have this alarm to tell there’s a fire 2 nights ! Couldn’t feel comfort and safe. Adn when i asked for a refund for my left nights that i didn’t stay it was a whole week they said no
