The bathtub is too high and very slippery.

Great location: you walk out of the hotel and immediately get into the atmosphere of the Old Town. Everything is nearby: attractions, shops, restaurants. Very spacious and very clean well decorated room that has everything you need including electric stove, microwave, fridge, quality crockery. Plus 3 wardrobes! The only drawback of the large room is that there are places where the Internet is worse than in others, in the evening when everyone is using it. Sandra, who quickly and accurately fulfilled all our requests, is simply a miracle! Many thanks to her for everything! Thanks also to her colleague (unfortunately, we do not know his name), who helped us deal with the taxi at night. In short, we highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location if you want to visit Warsaw main attractions like Stare miasto, Plac Pilsudzkiego, Palac Kultury i Nauki, Visla, Park Lazienkowski etc. Available but limited amount of parking slots in front of hotel. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Useful avarage equiped kitchenette. Clean room and bathroom. If you are already full of Polish food worth to visit Italian Pizzeria located in hotel downstairs.

Very little - my only minor issue would be that the air con didn’t seem to get properly cold, but that could be because of how hot the weather was in general.

We stayed in Mamaison second summer in a row while visiting Warsaw. It was excellent again - very spacious and comfy apartment, ideal for a stay with a baby. All very clean, modern, good standard, quiet in spite of the very central location. We also appreciated little things like the washing machine and the dryer being easily available. Overall, another very good stay!

Location is perfect for exploring Warsaw. Parking next to the entrance is free and very convenient. There’s a restaurant on the first floor that serves great pizza. We stop at Diana many years when we go through the city and it works great.

The hotel is simply wonderful. Unfortunately, I could not appreciate all the advantages and services of the hotel in one day. But the reception staff is very friendly. The room surprised me completely (although I think I was lucky). For 350 zl in the center of Warsaw, an apartment with a bath and a large terrace was a surprise (as far as I understood, there are only 2 rooms with a terrace in this hotel). The hotel has its own underground parking, as well as several places in the hotel yard. Photos will tell more

The only critique/criticism I would have is that I wish they added usage of tea towels for the kitchen we had in our apartment. I felt horrible because I could only air dry the dishes, but perhaps if I asked they would have supplied. only a very minor aspect that would most definitely not deter me from staying again.

where to begin?! Location is very ideal, plenty of great bars, shops & restaurants within a few steps from the hotel. Room & hotel was very clean, wifi was fast, staff were helpful & free usage of laundry on the 3rd & 4th floors! I can’t believe what you get for these prices, 5 stars from me, you can’t go wrong!
