Location and view. Close to public transportation, central station, stores, restaurants, everything. In the age where European hotels copy American ones, sealing in rooms and forcing guests to use air conditioning, it is wonderful to open the windows and.breath the night air. As a plus, it has the Palace of Culture view. Great hot water pressure.

The bathroom was a little dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and the light bulb kept flickering - when we asked for them to replace it, they just took it out so the room was a bit dark

The lack of any information in the room about facilities or the area except what appeared to be the rules and regulations, all in Polish, in one of the drawers. The lack of a shower mat for the floor out side the shower as the floor tiles made it very slippery and dangerous getting out of the shower. No seating "outside", the reception area for smokers to relax, or even meet other guests to chat to. No garden or bar, but looked like there was one once, maybe it was just being refurbished. A slightly confusing building that seemed to be just sharing the dining room with another commercial building enterprise.

The peace and quiet enjoyment, the helpful nature of reception staff, especially the young man on duty in the afternoon and early evenings. Dining room was clean, bright and airy, staff in here were friendly and helpfull, in spite of not speaking any English and no menus. Great that in exceptionaly hot weather you are able to open the very big windows and have fresh air and a cool breeze in the room.

Very friendly staff. Ideal location. The hotel is 9 minutes' walk from Warsaw Central Train Station or Palace of Culture and Sciense, on average 5 minutes walk to public transport. The hotel has a bistro serving breakfast. Breakfast included several types of cold meats, cheeses and salami. On request, Frankfurter sausages, omelette, which was prepared immediately in our presence. Several types of coffee and tea, milk, water. Of course, bread, cereals, jams, fresh vegetables, various additives.

The location is perfect. It is walking distance from the Central train station and close to everything in the city centre. The room was clean and the staff were very welcoming and providing advice on what to do in the city.

The room was larger than expected, about the size of a studio apartment. Small fridges are always welcome, especially in hot weather. The area, while central was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Too thin walls) If you travel for work, make sure you have table in the room if you need any. All the rest was OK.

The hotel location is very convenient close to the center. The room was nice, personnel helpful. We liked having tea appliances and fridge in the room. The view beautiful. I would recommend this hotel for short trips.

The room needs some refreshment. If you stay for 1-2 nights, it's quite acceptable.

Shower head did not fit securely in holder. I think the hose had simply been connected the wrong way round making the nut too big to fit in the holder. The one at the other end of the hose would have fitted fine. Meant you had to hold the head when showering. A very small irritation in the great scheme of things.

Room was just what I expected but the location was even better than I expected. Great value for what we paid. Staff were friendly and gave us maps and help with positioning ourselves in the City. Happily printed our boarding cards for us.

The ceiling lamps in the room were not working properly. Two of the neons were continuosly flickering when you turned them on. I stayed in room 101. In the bathroom, when you flushed the toilet there was a strange noise.
