Main building was undergoing renovations and construction could easily be heard, but this was not the fault of the hotel.

Only issue- the pillows too thin for both of us. Did struggle to sleep but that’s our preference.

Lovely little place, would stay here again! Was literally in the centre. Staff kept in contact throughout which was lovely!

The only thing that we didn't like was the bad smell while entering the building , but it didn't really bothered us a lot , because the rooms and the hallways outside our room were clean and smelled nice.

The staff was really helpful, great location, very close to the Florianska street and the Saint Mary's Basilica. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean with new facilities and a big & nice window.

Not very good curtains - only partially covered one of the windows.

Extremely accommodating and fast to reply - we unfortunately had to make a very last minute booking here (while walking through the city after having to cancel our previous accommodation due to problems there)! I was able to call the number and a very friendly lady replied and made sure we were sent all the information we needed to access the property immediately. It was MUCH appreciated. Extremely clean! I was delighted to see the level of cleanliness in this apartment - it is clearly newly renovated and we checked for bedbugs too and found none! The location was absolutely perfect - our initial reservation was on the main street and this was was around the corner. The result was a wonderfully quiet nights sleep and only a 5 minute walk to the centre! Comfort - the apartment had unlimited hot water for showering, as well as a well equipped mini kitchen. I slept so well in the beds, they are really comfortable and the duvets are warm. Thank you so much for such a great stay!

Sadly there was no mini fridge to store some drinks and the only thing I have to point out is that the bath was "half-closed", meaning that we had to take a shower backwards so the water doesn't end up on the floor.

The location is great, just 4 minutes away from the city center. It is quite easy to reach to the apartments and the entrance itself was very quick and forward. The smart tv made my stay even better so I could chill at night watching some movies.

Hallways where the lifts were and stairs smelt very unpleasant. Had to pay 35zł for fresh towels which is quite inconvenient for more than a few nights stay.

The washing machine on my floor was broken, and there were no English instructions on how to operate it or the dryer. There were also some reconstructions happening inside the building, but they were only during the day.

Great room with great view of the city, very comfortable, equipped kitchen and a nice shower! I did not meet the staff personally but they were super friendly and helpful via chat - gave plenty of really useful advice for travelling Krakow and booked a tour for me. Bonus - there's an elevator and lockers for luggage storage!

There was a minor leak in the apartment which meant not being able to use the bathroom sink for a day but was fixed relatively quickly by the staff and kept updated

The entrance to the building, the smells both from the bars downstairs and drains and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. Also the code to the lockers didn't work and even though I texted twice I had no replied
