We booked this because of the spa facilities as it was a winter break. Initially they charged 10E each to use the facility a lot of the equipment wasn’t working though although the pool sauna and steam room were but the majority of the time the various jacuzzis weren’t. A man came and fixed them and then they said the charge was 17.50E each which were never told about so we used it less then. The budget room was quite roomy.

Not so keen on the common areas. The weird decor made it feel a bit claustrophobic.

Lovely room, very comfy beds, great sized terrace with lovely view. Breakfast selection good.

There was no drawer space in the room, and we were staying for 10 days so we left our clothes in the suitcases ! The dining room was a little overcrowded, so only went into dinner one night.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view was brilliant.

Early morning noise outside hallway from cleaning staff... When a sign is posted outside the door stating someone is resting, this should be observed by staff workerking in the vicinity.

Being on 8th floor and not using lifts! Could benefit from covered outside area to sit out when it is raining plus patio heaters if chilly.Hotel information booklet in room would be helpful.Cheaper use of Spa pool

Breakfast was self-service :(. Not worth the price. Much better and cheaper to go to a pastry shop! Lines to get food! Lines to get coffee.

The lobby and public areas feel like you are under the water in a reef. The hotel should take advantage of this and really do an underwater theme. The public areas are so dated they are almost retro, but not. The breakfast service was stilted and unnecessarily noisy. The waiters slam the dishes in the bins while folks are still eating. They require time slots due to covid, however it creates a congregation of folks rushing for the breakfast at one time instead of allowing folks to straggle in and still follow proper distancing and other procedures.

The rooms are updated and very contemporary and comfortable. The views are good and the beds comfortable. Parking behind the building was convenient. We didn't use the pool or garden so no comment. By leaving a deposit at the desk you can check out beach towels, which was very appreciated. It is only a short walk to the beach, so that was fine.

The rooms are tiny and they don’t have for example a couch to chill. some of the staff in the reception are just not nice, and not really trying to make your experience better, but in other hand, the staff in the bar and restaurant are nice. Look for Leandro, that guy is giving you a good experience at the bar.

Nothing in the room explaining services, fire procedures, how to contact reception, WiFi code etc. Unable to receive details of Spa/Wellness Centre services or book online. No live music although the hotel was full. €15 daily parking fee is definitely excessive.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Good location.
